very dissatisfied with my color work, I went to have them color it, silver, it had the base, it came out horrible, with a white, yellow color, I only applied the bleaching powder that damaged my hair, in the place of my meeting , all the people there suggested to me, that it was not a good job, I would not recommend this place, and expensive, and they do not respond for the work, since I very kindly told him that it was not what I wanted, pay 200 dollars for damaging my hair color
Katrisa did the most amazing color correction and balayage! She treated my hair like it was her own. Never have I felt better taken care of in a salon! Can't wait to go back
I was heartbroken when my favorite stylist stopped doing hair, but since I started going to Enola at Charisma, I’m not so sad anymore! Her suggestions are on par, and I totally trust her and her recommendations. The products the ladies at Charisma use and offer are wonderful. The environment here is lax and fun!
LOVE Shana! She is great! I love pampering myself and going every now and then to get my hair washed and styled and she does an AMAZING job! I recommend this place 100 out of 10!
They fit my daughter and her best friend in last minute for her birthday. They did a full pamper session with mani, pedis, hair cuts with coloring. Super friendly and welcoming. Amazing experience, LOVED the staff!!!
This place is amazing.
I've had a couple different style cuts, including donating my hair outright, from three or four different hairdressers here and have never come home disappointed. They really know what they are doing and have competitive pricing to boot.
Not to mention, the inside of the place is really nice, very clean, and all the staff I've interacted with are extreamly accommodating.
Enola did a great job on my hair today! Shampoo, style, blow out for a very reasonable price. Nice staff and chic set up!
Is saw Katrisa for the first time and she did a wonderful job on my cut and color! It was a relaxing visit, I felt her confidence in what she was down, and I love my new look! Will definitely be back to see her from now on!
