I had Katy, she was wonderful and listened to what I wanted and made the perfect amount of conversation. I told her I wanted them as sharp as she could get them and she did an amazing job, they were all even and clean and very sharp. She flipped my hand around to compare shape/length and applied the acrylic minimally so they have a more natural shape. This is my first time there and they have a bunch of mood-changing/glow in the dark nails too.

I didn’t get her name but she did my toes and my nails. The last photo was the inspo and she did just like the picture. Her attention to detail was amazing! So kind and kept me comfortable. I will be back!

I went here yesterday for the first time. When i called i asked if they could do designs, because i was not sure if i should play it safe. The guy on the phone said yes, and when I came in they immediately asked for the photo of the designs. when i showed them they laughed and said it was not even considered a design because it was too easy, and then i showed them another option and was impressed they could do both with no problem. I am always okay with people speaking in their own language. However, I am not okay with sitting there while they spoke in their own language, laughing, and mentioning things particular to me, such as being Somali and x,y,and x about my design. Anyway, great job on my nail. The rude lady was named Mai and the other rude person was the guy everyone else is complaining about. The moment I tipped he looked at the receipt and told everyone how much i tipped which was 30%, and even then no thank you, or anything. It was an uncomfortable experience, I hope it’s not like that if i go back again because they are talented. If you’re gonna talk about someone in your language, don’t be so obvious :)

I have had Oanh do my nails for years and I am always very happy. My nails are beautiful. He helps me figure out designs, keeps my nails smooth, and thin. When my daughter got married, our wedding party got mani/pedis and had a wonderful time at the salon. I also enjoy our conversations while he works on my nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I used to love this place. I recently went there for another fill. I had called on a Wednesday night and made an appointment for Saturday morning. The owner said that was okay and to see me then. I arrived with my mom and he said he didn’t have me down for appointments and that I never called. I then showed him my call list on my phone and it showed I called Wednesday night and he still was arguing with me. A group of 5 walked in after me and they immediately started their nails. He then was walking around showing all of the workers security footage and laughing. Very unprofessional. They are really unorganized and rude. When the guy who works at the front desk does peoples nails he has to answer the phone every 2 minutes when it rings to book more clients.

Decided to give this place a try as I had been recommended that they do fun nails. Came in as a walk in and asked if they had time for a pedicure and fill, then mentioned I wanted a new set instead and they asked me to pick a color and someone would be with me. Got my pedicure done and that was fine. The girl asked if I wanted a new set and I said if they had time yes, she said they could do it that it would just be a few and I was okay waiting. She said someone would be back to get me. About 20 minutes went by which I was okay with, and a guy came back and grabbed my stuff and didn’t say anything, didn’t know if I was supposed to follow him or what cause he didn’t even acknowledge me. I began to follow him back to his chair, I sat down and the first thing he told me was “ you need to call next time and not walk in, we are busy” I responded if they didn’t have time they should have just told me that instead of being rude to me! We proceeded to do my nails and I show him a pic of what I wanted he said he couldn’t do what I wanted because for acrylics they only do curved nails? I told him that’s not what I wanted, he got annoyed filed my nails and said okay you’re done! I’ve never had a rude experience like this in my life! Don’t recommend (also there were about 4 other walk ins that came in and they were also able to get in, hope they didn’t experience what I did)
