Weaknesses:

2. Placement of items: Another customer mentioned that the grocery store has weird places where they put certain items. If the placement of items is not intuitive or organized, it can make shopping more challenging and time-consuming for customers.
3. Few checkout lanes: It is mentioned that the grocery store has few checkout lanes, which can result in longer wait times during peak hours. This can be frustrating for customers who are in a hurry or prefer a quick checkout experience.
4. Self-checkout issues: While self-checkout lanes are numerous, it is mentioned that they are not great and can pose problems if there are any issues that require staff assistance. This can lead to delays and inconvenience for customers using self-checkout.
Overall, Coronado Plaza has several strengths, such as a wide selection of shops, convenient location, ample parking, and helpful staff. However, it also has weaknesses related to customer service, item placement, checkout lanes, and self-checkout experience. Improving these areas can enhance the overall shopping experience at the plaza.

A product that was advertised with a digital coupon would not load. The store manager Barb would not over ride to give us the advertised price with digital discount. I can go to other City Market stores and they will honor the digital coupon.
It's better to shop at ANY other grocery store in the grand valley, I drive past, and pay a little more, to go to Safeway. Even the Waltons wouldn't run a store so poorly.
They have weird places where they put certain items but other than that great grocery store
The grocery store was handy (we were visiting the wineries and wanted snacks) The liquor store was REAL GOOD! Great selection and the folks there are so helpful.
We had a great experience at our service at Chrysler Jeep.
My husband is handicapped and uses a wheelchair.
Your employee went above our expectations with helping us and assisting us
Made for a pleasant experience.
Coronada Plaza is a bustling marketplace with several shops, options, and a delicious Chinese restaurant attached. The City Market is clean, well-stocked, and has amazing prices. Conveniently located for those in the Neighborhood of Clifton. You can even enjoy your shopping experience with a Starbucks.
The plaza is located in the Eastern Side of the Grand Valley, had a wide selection of shops to buy goods, find a bite to eat, and get the car fuelled up. The plaza is within a short walking distance to the Transit Buses parked at the transfer station across the business loop. Plenty of parking for customers, including the places for the handicapped to use. The wide double doors at two entrances makes it easy to navigate wheelchairs, strollers and baby carriages. Checkout lanes are few, but do have staff available. Self checkouts are numerous and really aren't so great but it does give you a chance to get checked out quickly, unless there is a problem that arises and you hold up the spot waiting for staff to resolve the issue. Overall the experience of shopping in this grocery store, or any other adjoining stores makes it a fairly good way to get your necessities and errands taken care of.
Great place to shop for convenience later in the evening when it's not so busy. I buy markdown meat and seafood and always find more than what I came for... Very friendly staff and helpful people. Would even try online ordering as well. Ribeye steaks from the meat counter are the best would recommend.
