If you ever experience a hair disaster go to D’Elegance and ask for Christina. Ian will be happy to meet you and book you in appointment as promptly as possible as he did for me. Immediately upon meeting Christina she performed a color test to see what we could come up with. With all odds against us and this red she pulled off a beautiful blonde. She was informative and professional throughout the entire process. She accommodated each and every one of my beauty needs and jumped right in to get this tedious project done as quickly as she could. The entire staff were caring. Everything was sanitized and clean. I’m utterly satisfied with our results and will be returning for a touch up. ????
Love my hair! Yet, Second time coming here and as always, beautiful cut and color. I’m a little disappointed as I had called the night before to ask about pricing and was told it wouldn’t go above a certain price. When I came in, it was way more expensive than expected. I understand sometimes prices can change but not by an extra hundred dollars! I felt I was getting ripped off. My first time coming it was a decent price but second time, I’m pretty sure they made it up on the spot. I don’t think I will be coming back, I dislike surprises.
I messed up my hair because I decided to try a new salon! Huge costly mistake! I ran back to Christina and she fixed my hair. She literally performed a miracle! If you want a quality color and haircut this is the place to go!
Sofia (hair stylist) was great! She’s 40 years experiences, friendly and professional. Everyone there is professional. I love how she did my hair. Definitely recommend this place.
Three years ago, my hairdresser, whom I always went to at an extremely luxurious hairdresser, burned my hair on my waist. My hair was shorter than my fingers and was damaged.. A friend of mine took me to D'Elegance and introduced me to Lyda.. After that moment, the fate of my hair changed.. She both colored and treated my hair.. My hair color has always been blonde and I continue to use it.. This kind of thing requires you to be extremely talented and experienced.. Lydya is just that.. To me, she is a hair care and hair color genius.. I feel extremely lucky to have met her.. She is also a wonderfully positive person.. And she is a very beautiful and sexy woman among us. On the other hand, Frailin, who looks after the cash register, is always reassuring with her smiling face and professional management.. In summary, Definitely go to D'Elegance and find Lydya.. Your hair and you will be indescribably happy..

I made and appt at 10am for simple bleaching! I come in she already was working on someone else but she stops and starts my head rough without even brushing it. I’ve been getting my hair bleached for 10 years now so I definitely know about getting my hair bleached. It started burning bad after 30mins which is abnormal for me so I tell her she ignores me and continues to put product after product on my hair for the next 4 hours! I tried to storm out and she stopped me saying she’s sorry but she’s not going to let me leave like this. My scalp is on fire they got bleach on my skin so so many times. Was super rough washing my hair water went straight hard in my ear. Took and finished 3 clients before she was done with me! Hair was not what I asked for! Waste of $275 never going back!! Worst customer service
I absolutely love my hairstylist Cristina at D'elegance I've been going to her for years she does my hair on a regular basis including my special events, my wedding (including my bridesmaids), my maternity shoot, my baby shower. I moved an hour away from the salon location & still make my way to her, she is the best, I would not let any one else touch my blonde tresses ????.. If you want anything done you can just show her a picture and she will make it happen I strongly recommend her.
