I just started coming here 2 months ago. I have no complaints. My nails last long. Neat work.. I would definitely recommend.
The third time was not the charm. The female staff are pleasant. The males on the other hand are rude and dismissive especially when you have a complaint or question. The short guy laughed in our faces. I was there with my daughter and neice and I feel like they play on your indecisiveness. They were definitely short staffed for a Friday and if you are not a regular you do not get the same treatment.
I didn't like how my nails came out and when I told the lady she basically brushed it off . she knew I dont really get my nails done because she asked and I feel like she took advantage of that. I will never go here again .
I use to come here all the time! But for the last few months for some reason they don't seem to be trying anymore. I have been mostly going to other places. But I saw I had reached the end of my reward to I get $10 off my next set so I went. Big mistake! It gets extremely crowded after 11 am so I expected the wait. I sit down finally and start to get my nails prepped. The guy TOLD ME I have very healthy nice nails. Then he got out the drill and it was all downhill from there. I had to stop him several times with the drill because it was hurting me. He drilled so much off of several nails that there was no nail anymore in spots. Then the gluing of the false nails before the acrylic was very painful. It was brushed off as if I was being dramatic. No he really butchered me. I just took off the nails after two and a half weeks. Took me 3 hours of very carefully prying them off (using a cuticle pusher, soak and a whole lot of patience) because soaking them in acetone feels like acid. I also lost at least an inch of length.
TERRIBLE Experience! I have super CHUNKY nails and the design is NOT what I asked for. I knew something was wrong when it would not dry! I was told it could be fixed by the nail tech who initially did it (bald man with glasses) but they later refused to fix my nail. A female tech stood there with a emory board and filed the sides, that's it and got confrontational when I tried to show her how bad the nail was.
Idk if I’m invisible or if this staff is just rude? I’ve been here twice and have walked out because I wasn’t acknowledged by any of the workers. I cannot rate their service because I’ve never actually gotten any work done but both times I’ve had to impose on someone’s nail session to ask how long only to be told 15 minutes and wait an hour and a half. This time the salon was empty so I really don’t understand why it took so long especially because the reviews show sub par work. Not to worry though I won’t be back!
The worst experience ever for my granddaughter. I dropped her off at the nail shop at 9:50am because on their website it says they open at 10:00am. My granddaughter stood outside for almost 40mins waiting for them to open up. They didn't open until 10:40, and the owner didn't apologize or anything. It's like they didn't even care. Worst experience!! I would not recommend.
I had a vacation trip planned for a Tuesday. I went into the salon on Saturday. My no chip manicure and pedicure was done terribly. My nails had so many imperfections and had chipped right away. I had to go back in Monday because they were closed on Sunday and then they were a little late opening up. I wanted another technician to re-do them but I was told that I would have to pay. So, I had to let the same guy do it again. I still was not pleased but it was a little bit better a least to get through my trip. Immediately afterwards, which was only a week later, my nails chipped again and polish came completely off one of my nails. I believe these mistakes were the work of the technician and the polish may have been watered down as well. I will not be returning to this salon.
