I love Jenny at Diva Nails! She is very good! You have to make an appt with her because she is that good. Been going to her for a couple of years now. Always does exactly what I want to be done to my nails.

This place is wonderful

They greet you immediately, they are professional and helpful. Kathy works here and she is absolutely delightful. There were three of us and they took exceptional care of each of us. I will be coming here often.

Super unprofessional. Had to go in twice to get them fixed and she only fixed one nail the second time. Not even going back. Made an appointment at a better salon. Woman was rude.

The gentleman who usually does my nails is great..no complaints. He is a little rough but does a wonderful job, doesn’t cut me, and maintains the integrity of my nails.

He wasn’t available last time I went here. The woman who did my nails not only cut me and made me bleed all along the cuticle line but I think she used the auto file to rough on my natural nail and now there is a gauge at the grow out line.

I’ll probably come back but last time I let her do my nails. ????????????

I’ve been to this location several (3-4) times in the last 6 months to get nail services and have had satisfactory service, but no considerable issues that would prevent me from going in a crunch when I have limited time. I live close by and come to this location mainly out of convenience, but usually go

to other places for better service. However today’s service was definitely a deal breaker. I received an eyebrow wax expressing that I only wanted a clean up, with the same shape. Upon finishing and looking in the mirror, half of my eyebrows was gone and I was left with very thin shape. After expressing my concern and frustration I was not acknowledged or given any type of apology for the issue. Given the language barrier I understand they’re may be some miscommunication but when it comes to a service that isn’t able to be fixed or reversed, it was very frustrating not being offered any type of remedy. This type of customer service is unacceptable and not something I want to deal with going forward. This will be my last time at this location.

I’ve been to hundreds of nails salons for my feet but by far this place was amazing!! They cleaned my nails sooo good and did everything I asked to do and more! I have very cracked/calloused feet and after I got my feet done my feet and heals were baby smooth !! I’ve never had my feet this soft in my life! Also the place was soo sanitary. Great precautions. Wiped and sanitized everything! They surpassed my expectations! If I could I could I would rate this a 10!!!! Dee was the greatest pedicure lady/technician I’ve ever had. My daughter is so happy with Jenny. She did a wonderful job on her feet and told me not to ever go anywhere else! By far the greatest place to get your feet done.

My last two experiences here have been very unpleasant and unprofessional. The guy is extremely rude and aggressive while doing your nails. He snatches your hands as if he’s angry. He had the audacity to ask me why haven’t I been to other nails salons in the area? I said why? He said because there are plenty. I took that as him not wanting my service. They are extremely rude. They talk about you right in front of your face in their own language. I don’t appreciate it and I won’t be back ever.
