First, I'll say out of the places in Dixon, this is the best. It is clean. They are very kind, I brought my baby in and they were playful with her, but they were very thorough with mine and my moms mani/pedis and didn't rush us out because customers were constantly coming in or I had a baby. I have minor foot issues (in grown toenails) and the lady was VERY thorough in caring for them. They took their time! Which isn't a bad thing. I'd rather feel taken care of than rushed out. We did the deluxe pedicure and it entailed the best leg/foot massage I've ever had at a place. It was very warm, welcoming, and caring. 100% would recommend.

We made an appointment 2 weeks beforehand for pedicures, but when we arrived, they didn't have it written down. They ended up taking us, but it was definitely frustrating.

Every were I go doesn’t compare to how wonderful these beautiful ladies are and there experience doing pedicure and manicure seriously don’t go anywhere but here I love them
My husband and I have been going to the Dixon nails for five or six year. Today, Thursday , we had 9AM appointments for pedicures and a manicure. Our appointments were scheduled on Monday in advance to assure a time and space. When we arrived the chairs were taken and we were told to come back in a thirty minutes. We found this to be extremely unprofessional, especially after being loyal customers. If an appointment is made it should have been honored. Spaces should have been reserved as we have seen in the past for scheduled customers.
My first visit was for a fill, I walked in without an appointment and they were pretty busy. I had to wait about 35 minutes but it was worth the wait. They did an excellent job, the manicurist were all very nice and accommodating. My nails look great and I went home happy. I will definitely be back.
Went in for full set of Acrylic. I wanted a special design and the younger guy ( i dont know his name) and the girl that was working on my nails spent some time trying to make it perfect. I love the end results and am exited with my new set.
