I got a keratin treatment a week ago on a Thursday. The customer service sucked! But my hair turned out great. Fast forward to today. I arrived with a coworker at 10 and it is now 3:10 and I am still waiting to be serviced. If my hair weren’t already wash and in rollers I would’ve left long ago! Unless you have ALL day to wait and don’t mind poor customer service I DO NOT RECOMMEND you waste your time here. You would think simple social Que’s like saying hello, or to have someone providing you with understanding after a 45 minute- hour long service that has now taken them 5 hours to administer. I am literally writing this review while continuing to patiently wait with several others that have been here equally as long if not longer! There are lots of people an places that can do the same things for less and with way more professionalism. Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

**FYI -- This review is a few months old. I went in to edit my review. But I still stand behind every word. One of their best stylist now has her own salon on Wendover! I recommend you check her out! Super sweet lady!

Poor service!!! Thinking I could not understand what they were saying. Been going here for years, will not return ever again. Also my hair is very long.

Good service, friendly staff. Wait time was ridiculous. Went in with my daughter for blow outs and we were there for 4.5 hours. I'm being told that is normal for a Saturday morning but being on a schedule this was not ok. Idk why but my daughters hair has smelled burned since that day. Guessing it was too much heat for a young girls hair. ????????‍♀️

Very Unsanitized . They do not clean their utensils between clients. .I had to request the stylist to get a clean comb before starting on my hair. She got offended with a great attitude. Too many non clients hanging around in the salon. The end result of my blowout and style was a HOT MESS. I felt unclean when I left that place. Very Dissatisfied NEVER AGAIN

When I moved back down from Boston, I needed to find a salon that did a good blow out! My friend recommended this his place. Since I’ve been back in Greensboro, I’ve probably been here a good six times and I have been satisfied 100% each time. Ms. Rosa ( who I believe is the owner has done my hair a few times. She does a great job. Then another girl, who I think is Stephanie, she did a great job. This morning I went, and a girl name Lili, she also did a great job on my hair. So if your looking for a beautiful blowout, this is a great place in Greensboro!!!

I use to take my daughter there a lot so that's why I gave it 3 stars. Don't leave your daughter's with any unfamiliar people. I spoke to the only woman doing hair and I've never seen her before but I told her just a blow out. I left as I always do but when I returned my daughter's hair was cut one side shorter than the other. I found out the woman who did her hair was the same woman getting her hair done when I dropped my daughter off. I asked her why she cut her hair she didn't understand me so I had to use hand gestures and she then responds "trim, that's her hair". So her hair is trimmed even all around until you get to her other ear and it's 2 inches shorter? I don't think so. My daughter said she wasn't facing a mirror so she didn't know her hair was being cut and the woman didn't speak to her about how she wanted her hair parted or anything. My daughter is 14 so she can speak for herself. Blow out is laid as usual but don't let them trim a damn thing.
