Waited over an hour & was told I had to wait another hour just because I was a walk in even after I called & tried to make an appointment over the phone they told me just to walk in. There were 10 barbers when I arrived. 3 barbers finished up their appointments and then said they were done for the day and left early even after asked to help with walk ins they refused. Walk ins are looked at as a nuisance in this place. Also, on my previous visit I managed to get a haircut & told the barber that I spiked my hair up in the front & that I did not like comb overs at all & he STILL gave me a comb over haircut. Never returning to this place again! You've been warned. Find another barbershop.

I have been going to see Jonathan here for over a year now and he has been nothing but truly amazing, attentive, and always gives me the best haircut. However, the last couple of visits, especially today, the music was so loud I couldn't have a normal conversation with him. Is there any way they could keep the music low so I can have a better conversation with my barber? I understand the necessity of music playing and it was good music it's just so loud recently. Can anything be done to lower just enough to have conversational levels of speech?
Great barbershop. I got my hair cut by Viannys and she did a great job. One of the best fades I’ve received from a barber. If you’re looking for someone who is professional and skilled, hit her up.
Elite es tremenda barbería. La barbería la mantienen limpia y recogida. Siempre hay un buen ambiente para todas las edades. Miller y Matthew son tremendos barberos los recomiendo 100%. Super talentosos los dos y siempre proveen un buen servicio. Yo hago cita y cada vez que llego ya están disponibles para mi. También cogen walk-ins y te puedes apuntar para no perder tu turno. Siempre le recomiendo Elite a todos mis amigos y conocidos.
Walked into the shop was not even acknowledged asked for a place to sign and nobody answered so I just sat down and waited for a barber to become free. I understand barbers talk to each other Which is normal, but these guys are on a different level. they would not shut up cutting as slow as they could, taking smoke breaks and cursing dropping the N-word (I’m not easily offended and I’m from New Jersey but these light skinned Spanish guys were so unprofessional) very loudly it was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen after 30 minutes I just left. It’s very sad because I live around the corner and I like to support my community but I would never go back there
