I just moved here and I have been trying to find a nail place. I tried Expo Nails in July 2022 and they gave me nail fungus on 4 nails. I learned this when I went back home and got my nails done at the place I’ve always gone to. When they removed the nail polish from Expo Nails they saw this fungus and told me that Expo Nails must not have done my manicure properly and up to standard. I don’t recommend going here not only because of this gross infection they caused me but because the workers were not friendly especially when I tried to kindly talk to them about this situation. They don’t care and they aren’t up to health standards. Please see photos for reference.

I went in to get dip nails removed and a manicure. I paid $35 to have my nails look like a small child polished them. While I was there another lady came I. To get hers removed and they wouldn’t do it unless she got a manicure. When she walked out they trash talked her(in English). Lesson learned.

I went in with high expectations because my sister said she recommended it but I ended up wasting 60 dollars. I wanted white acrylic nails with a ballerina shape I ended up with wonky nails that weren't all the same shape. She also applied clear acrylic after I had already asked for white acrylic and she just put white polish on top of it. She got acrylic all over my fingers and drilled off my cuticles although I didn't ask for that and she knicked me several times with the drill. Most of my nails are already lifting at the tip directly after getting them done because she didn't glue the tips on correctly. Very disappointed and wasted my money on it

Worst experience ever! The nail tech smacked my daughter hard to get her to sit down then did a horrible job. She told my daughter No when she asked to put a star on her nail. Told her she couldn't afford it!!! The lady got mad that she had to redo them and was ruff with my daughter and caused her cuticle to bleed and messed them up again. Repeatedly asking her how old she was after she told her 15 the first time. Finally had them redone a third time by someone else and they still look like a toddler painted them. Horrible experience. The lady that did them twice wanted us to pay more money too. We were there for 4 hrs. Ridiculous. Never again.

Jina, Tu, and Hai are amazing!! The atmosphere is great! They are friendly and kind! The location is prime! If you’re looking for great services and good vibes GO SEE THEM!! My family adores them!!????

Unfortunately, when a client is only happy with their nails when done by one particular technician and complain anytime their service is done by another, none of the other technicians want to do that clients nails.

Likely, that technician who requested the client come back the next day was Twee. He knew that a service by any other tech would have gotten complaints.

I have been using Twee for almost 15 years. The quality and efficiency is top-notch. Because of this long-standing relationship with Twee, I prefer nobody else do my nails. Knowing this, probably nobody else would want to do my nails and would ask me to return when he was at work.

The solution is: make an appointment with your preferred technician. You will avoid leaving unhappy.

Always a great experience at Expo Nails & Spa! All my manicures there. I just like everything about this place! I am beyond happy with the nails I came out with. Their manicures are extremely relaxing.
