Lori was nice. I made an appointment for a regular manicure. She ended up using gel which we did not ask for, so she could charge more. Then charged 5$ extra for 2 nails to have a coat of glitter. She kept mentioning that she wanted to leave to go home. We felt very rushed. The polish looks grown out, doesn't touch the sides of our nails and is very bumpy and chipped. I felt sick paying 80$ for something we didn't not leave happy with.

Loved my first time at this salon! Lori was so kind and did a great job! I’m sooo happy with my nails and toes! They look sophisticated and sexy!! Definately will be back !! So glad I found this place!! Very relaxing and great prices !!

This was our first time here and I will definitely return. I took my 6 year old daughter for a mani-pedi for her birthday. Lori is so nice, does great work, and makes you very comfortable. She definitely made my kiddo feel special on her big day.

This was my first time here.. I met Lori and she took excellent care of me. She made sure I was comfortable, had something to drink. And got to sit in one of her new massage chairs while I got a pedicure today..i wear shoe and boots because of my job, My feet were awful and rough, Lori made my feet soft again, and pretty as well. She is very attentive, we had a great conversations..very sweet and professional lady..My feet are something to be proud of now! Ill be back to see her again in a couple of weeks.

I've been looking for a new salon since my husband and I moved to Manchester and this place is right down the road so I checked it out tonight for the first time. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Lorie was so wonderful. She was very sweet and friendly, very patient, and took her time and made sure I was happy with what she was doing every step of the way. She really cares about her customers happiness regarding the finished results of her work. Her salon is very neat and clean and she offers her guests a free water as well which is nice. We ended up going past closing time and I offered to come back the next day for her to do my toes then but she insisted I stay and she stayed open late just to accommodate me. She goes above and beyond and I was so happy with her work. Like I said, I will be back!

Lori is amazing and my nails are perfect - a last ditch effort on New Years eve created an amazing connection. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Just had my nails done with Lori for the first time. She is SO nice! She truly engages in conversation. She really cares about getting to know her customers on a personal level. As a BUSiness owner of 2 BUSinesses, I know how important quality customer service is and frankly it's often hard to find. Lori also takes the time to do a quality job, constantly checking to see if you are satisfied. Her son, 7 year old Ethan was also there and he was the sweetest, well behaved gentleman. He brought me water, cutest thing ever. I would definitely recommend Fashion Nails. :)

Lori was absolutely amazing! She had great, friendly service, the shop itself is very clean and has a good atmosphere, and her work is beautiful. I would definitely suggest making an appointment as she is very popular. Great prices for great work! I will definitely be returning
