I brung my son to get services.I could have took him to a family member that is experiencd with short hair. My son is growing hair for the first time & I decided on a professional to give my son braids or twists. The owner reccomended her auntie. She said she just left but she agreed to come braid his hair for an extra fee of 25$ on top of the 50$ to put six or seven braids in his hair. I told her 50 was steep enough so that was my limit. She agreed to braid it. The hair appeared nice & neat but as soon as we left my son was crying, and complaining of a headache. The stylist had braided it way too tight. I tried everything to provide comfort to him & it resulted in me taking it down. I called the owner the next day. I told her our experience & proceeded in suggesting half my money back or a free or very discounted next service. She assured me her auntie will call me back & its March 12 2021 today & we last spoke December 31 2020. All I intended on doing is support a black business and make my son happy. The next time ill pay a family member 20$ and it will look & feel 80x better. They did not care about my son experience at all.
I absolutely LOVE this boutique, the owner is the most cutest and sweetest person ever. I have been coming to Glam since the first day they open and have never stop going. The Owner has great style which is reflected in the beautiful clothes she has in the boutique, and how she piece outfits together for each occasion. I love my hair style they made you feel at home, and gave great advice in how to take care of my unit and natural hair, very professional and polite ???? they care about there customers and anyone who walks in, will be going back.
Natosha is great at sew ins! I travel an hour for her services because she’s fast and her results are bomb and last a long time because the foundation is solid! The girls at the desk always make you feel beautiful when you come up to pay also!
Drove a hour, and Shazii was EXCELLENT!! Other shop employees were friendly and vibe was cool. It’s literally a one stop shop cloths,hair,makeup,nails! I was impressed! Super easy to find right off highway, clean beautiful shop! Will return for sure
I absolutely love this place! Great customer service! Affordable pricing and clothes fit great. Can get a cute outfit and your hair/nails done at one stop! I definitely recommended this place to others.
I made an appointment to have my hair braided. I brought along a picture as I always do so that the stylist can see exactly what I wanted. After I asked the stylist if she could add more braids in the back of my head instead of the two that were on the picture. That's when the stylist Tosha informed me that her hands were hurting. Had she informed me of this when she texted me that she was running behind, I would have asked her did she want to reschedule for another day or can she recommend another stylist. The style didn't last two days the hair was unraveling from the braiding hair. I text her to see if she could help me out by rebraiding the hair and I texted her phone she didn't reply. I called the shop and asked to speak to the owner or who ever was in charge. A lady identified herself as the owner and I explained the situation to her. I was told that I would receive a call back, I haven't received a call. I would have even paid for any extra work I just wanted my hair to look nice. We as the client pay good money to have our hair look nice, if the stylist can't do the style correctly it's only right to inform us and we can take our business elsewhere. I will never go to Tosha again her work speaks volumes about her.
This boutique is exactly what we needed in cleveland, I always fall in love with new pieces everytime I visit. Everything is so chic even the Store is pink! ???? Also the owner is very interactive, good customer service. I recommend to everyone in/visiting the area!
