First time here, I had an appointment with Nancy. I went in and they asked if I didn't mind if went with another manicurist,I said ok because I wanted the $45 deal and Nancy wasn't part of it. So I went with Bethany (I think that was her name), and Nancy had another client come in. Talk about having favorites! I booked Nancy bc on their Instagram page I liked how she did the nails. And I didn't even end up going with her.
Anyways everything was going great until the design. Halfway thru the process, she was running out of the color I chose and now it shows on my nails. The color doesn't look bold. At this point, it seemed like she was rushing. Overall, I am not satisfied with my nails. I wouldn't recommend it here because of how they treat first time customers. You must likely won't get the manicurist you chose. Not going back.
Got the 25$ special. Was there almost two hours, and I had made an appointment. The people were nice but the nails are ok. The lady kept going over the nails trying to make them even and at the end some nails are longer then the others. She also gave me a small cut. I posted about it on their fb page and they deleted the post instead. Won’t be going back again.
I was super excited about trying this place for months! They have the most gorgeous nails on their instagram page and I finally got a chance to go. Made an appointment and as soon as I got there they went straight to work on my nails. I get long acrylics and don’t mind spending the money on designs. Them being so long I made sure to let her know I wanted them thick to avoid breakage. Cecilia was my nail tech, I asked her repeatedly to make them thicker, so I put up with her cutting nearly all my fingers to get what I wanted. I was charged $100 for my nails and they looked good but only for 2 days. I went Thursday afternoon 3 hours later I finally walked out happy with my nails. By Saturday I had multiple Swarovski crystals fall out and 2 broken nails. It was then that I realized how thin my nails were. I’m beyond disappointed because I’ve paid half that price for nails just as nice that have lasted me 3 weeks. I just want what I paid for. I don’t even want to return to get them fixed there. Thanks but no thanks.
Love this salon! It has an adorable set up for little girls to get pampered like little princesses. The nail artists are just that... ARTISTS! They are constantly continuing their education to stay up to date with the top trends. They can do it all! They do beautiful work, they're fast, friendly, and their prices are fair especially for the quality! This is the only place my daughter and I will go. Our favorite nail artist is Aly. I highly recommend coming here if you want your nails to look amazing! You. Won't leave here unhappy!
Great prices. Extremely sanitary and professional environment. I love that they have a mommy's only area and offer an up to date, safe and plush kid friendly area for the girls to get glamorous while mommy takes a load off. The staff are very pleasant and know what they are doing. I was pleased as well as my 3 year old twins with our experience .
Paid $160 for 2 full sets.. Really don't know why it was so pricy when they only did a design on one nail and it didnt look like what they had showed me. Oh and 1 day later and I already broke a nail when i was putting a shirt on. Ridiculous!!Seriously super upset with this place... Not to mention the ladies are sort of rude... Very disappointed and will NEVER go back. Wish i could rate ZERO stars.
I always walk away happy with my nails here. I go for my acrylic nails and fills.
