I've been here a few times. The first few times, I enjoyed my experience. The last 2 times have not been great, I thin I have been hoping to have the better experience I had the first few times. My last one was in November, 2022. The lady didn't let me soak my feet. When she finally did, after she did my cuticles and stuff, the water was freezing. But I know she ran cold water because I felt it when she went to get my polish. When I told her it was cold, she ran warm water for literally a few seconds. I told her it was still cold 3 times after that, and I just gave up. I felt really rushed, and they really didn't seem too busy, as I like to go very early in the morning. I feel like they can probably do better about customer service, since most of go there with the intention on relaxing while having our feet/ nails done.
I have been twice so far, and am very happy with the services at Happiness Nails & Spa. My pedicure and gel nails were done perfectly. It's a clean and relaxing place. Highly recommended.
I went for pedi and mani, and I absolutely love it! I love no just the result, but also how friendly they are. On my hands I got the pink dip powder and looked amazing, I got complements from everyone in my office. Now I'm definitely a loyal customer!

I throughly enjoyed the whole experience. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Clean and bright. Awesome color selections. I've definitely found my new nail salon.
LOVED my experience here. I had a pedicure while getting my acrylic nails removed. I will be coming here for all future services. If you're looking for great customer service and spot on treatment, this is the place you should be. 10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Second time here for a pedicure ... so happy with the service! Price is good with lots of packages to choose from! This is definitely my place.
Unfortunately this nail spa has become the worst in 559 area. Last 3 visits have been so disappointing and upsetting. The quality of service has worsened each visit. They no longer provide quality services in there work or clients. ????????
As I’ve walked in there has been a terrible strong food odor and uncleanliness.
Seven chairs were filled with sleeping employees that appeared to be short of freshly showered uncombed hair and ready for work on a Tuesday morning! 1 male was snoring which I believe was the manager.
As I was seated, there was heavy layers of nail dust everywhere and nail clippings on the floor and chair.
The quality of service is really bad and they do not listen when you ask for specifics.
This has become a “Very” unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere. ????
