Been going here for years and have always gotten good service! My nails always on point and options are plentiful for shellac which is hard to find. My go to is Kong or his wife, but anyone there does amazing work! Kong always makes sure my nails are shaped and lengthened the way I always want them!

Steven is my nail, and he does a great job, but I've used the other technicians there, and they did a wonderful job too. My nails last a solid 3weeks, and in all the years I've been going there, I've only had a couple breaks.

What a horrible place. When I first walked in, there was only one other customer I was told to sit down whatever he was doing in the back it took him forever to come back out. He told me to pick out a color. I told him I just want clear he said gel? I said no, just regular. Why not gel? He said, I don’t care for gel . Do you want gel no just clear please. I told him thank you I just want regular clear polish. I’m tired of being up sold on things I don’t want or need. He brought out a glass bowl of cold water the bowl looked like it used to be part of somebody’s salad set and the towel that was on his station had fingernails and debris from the previous clients parts on it, the towel was not White. It was so stained and dirty. It was disgusting. I should’ve got up and ran then. H twisted my thumb so hard that it made me yelp after sitting in the cold water. He took out a tool and started pushing my cuticle back asked me if I wanted my nails filed I said yes I would like a manicure it took less than 15 minutes when I went to pay he asked me how much of a tip I was leaving. I told him nothing and couldn’t get out of there fast enough anybody reading this should take heed find someplace else.

Visiting my Parents, my mom and i went to Ivy to be pampered. People were nice and it was pretty clean which was a factor for me.

However, as you can see my toes nails are cut super low on one side. Both big toes!! Now my fake fingernails are super fake looking, super big and cut twice. Steve was a quiet man until he tried to up sale my man as they both laugh, as we all know exactly what he is up too. Up sale everything haha My mom had to go back for them to fix four nails that the shellac was not done properly.

Service is great. You can make an appt. Or drop-in. If you're unhappy management will work to resolve any issues. Oh and my nails ???? always look ???? great! Highly recommend Ivy Nails!

I am so happy with my service at Ivy nails. I wish I could remember the lady who did my pedi and acrylic because she was awesome! Best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I almost fell asleep during the pedicure it was like a professional massage. My nails are PERFECT she took her time and the shape is so even on ever nail which is something I can’t say I’ve experienced before. 1000% recommend

This was my third visit to Ivy nails and I will definitely go back. The owner is kind and every nail tech ive had did an amazing job.

The man that did my nails did them wrong. I told him on the ring fingers the nail will be black too with white spider webs. He ended up not doing it, he did the nail white with black spider webs with glitter, i did not ask for glitter. Some of the nails are shorter then the others which i’m not happy with.
