This is my second time coming here and I had a different nail tech prior too it was ok but not how I wanted it. Today I come back and landed on Moon’s table and she was the best. She was fast efficient and my nails have never looked so good. I will be coming back. Thanks Moon.
I waited 45 minutes for the tech do to and do my nails. She rushed through and kept getting up to paint other people nails with out saying anything.I asked for gel and she painted my nails put some oil on it told me to wash my hands and that was it. She massaged the other people's hand when they got gel but not mine. Never waisting my money or time on this Salon.
I personally will never go back in. My nails are thin so she said she would put 2 layers on the bottom coat of gel polish. Never had done this before. When I stuck my hand in the UV light my nails felt like they were burning I had to remove my hands several times. My nails look good when they were finished. But within 24 hours are you noticed my nails were turning orange ish yellow. I call she told me to come back in when she was back from vacation which I did. When I got there She told me to have a seat in the chair I sat there for 30 minutes with no one saying anything to me. So I got up and left. I felt very uncomfortable.
Terrible at multitasking and poor customer service.
I stopped going here before the new Management, due to bad customer service.
This time with new management, My gel polish peeled of my acrylic nails and my toe nails a few hours later. After having my full set 2 days, I came back to have my thumb nail repaired. I waited an hour to get 1 nail fixed. Only 2 customers before me. The guy that fixed my broken nail did a terrible, sloppy rush job, due to 4 people walking in after I arrived. I went there for convenience, but it won't happen again.
Had a pedicure and it was done very poorly. I will have to pay to have them redone. The clear coat was put on so thick it peeled completely off the very same day. I got cussed at the register when being rung up incorrectly. My friend also went and hers was also “rushed” looking. You could see all the brush strokes in the paint like the color was old or the brush was bad. Some of her toes were not even completely painted. I do not normally visit here so it was our first time. We will NOT be back! Very bad experience.
I went on Saturday to get my nails done. I clearly said I wanted a manicure. They convinced me that what I needed was the gel nails so I said ok. I really just wanted a manicure and color. My nails were so thick and no manicure was done. When I went back today to tell them I was not satisfied they said ok and did the manicure. I told them I wanted another coat. They told me if I did that then I would need to pay $30 dollars rather than $15. I’m like what? Yes they charged me again! Saturday they charged me $35 dollars and They never did a manicure. I’ll never use these people again. They don’t listen to what you want exactly and they are after money only. Not relationship or long time customers. They can keep that money. Now I see why that place is always dead.

This was my first time using this particular nail salon, and as I was receiving my service the nail tech did not have his face mask on properly, that was a red flag. Then I noticed that he was coughing without covering his mouth, and I was sitting right across from the tech, during Covid!!! So this will probably be my first and last time coming here!!!. Don't come here find somewhere else!!!
