Staff was friendly, they offered drinks and were very polite but my nails were horrible. I left satisfied with my nails but my gel polish chipped right away in the first couple days and now in the second week they are worse and I need to get my nails done again so quickly. I’ve never had this issue with any other place before.
I was really pleased with nails Thursday when I got them done until yesterday i noticed the index fingers paint bulging to today Saturday paint is coming off and gel is wet underneath. I have always had a base coat applied to my gel before they started with actual color but they didn’t do this here. Tried calling multiple times but no one answered. I hope they can fix this

I went here after having a horrible experience at elite nails in the same mall and they took off the nails that looked horrible and redid them for me. They did a AMAZING job. Matched the photo I brought perfectly and it was a specific nail style that's hard to do. I can't say enough good about them. I didn't get the mans name but he was working station #9 and he did fantastic. Only place I'll be going from now on!!!
The nail tech was nice enough I suppose.. I showed him a picture of what I wanted but he didn’t really communicate with me to make sure I was liking what he was doing . He seemed to be rushing and didn’t really care that the design was sloppy and messy . He left polish all over my nails and hand. I was pressed for time and very pregnant so I didn’t have the time to complain and ask for it to be fixed. Simply paid my bill and left extremely upset and irritated .. I will never come back . 0/10
I had been coming to this location frequently, every two weeks with one or both of my daughters. We all would get acrylic fills or if needed, full sets. Easily our tab was either just under or over $200. Recently my daughters and I stopped in for our nails, got them all done and went our way. By the following day, I had decided that I really liked my daughter's nail design so I headed back in to get my design changed. MIND YOU, I HAD FULL INTENTION ON PAYING..I by no means wanted a free service. I was told that my nails looked fine (with eyes rolling and dirty looks).. She did not want to honor my request. I made it clear that I wasn't wanting it done for free, that I would pay, I just wanted the design changed. I was still treated in a rude manner. As I was leaving I could see her rolling her eyes. Call it a language barrier if you want, rude is rude.
A complete waste of time and money. Terrible service and nails were done sloppy. Uneven toenail cuts, cuticles not trimmed properly, no communication during service, no drink offered, shuffled around like cattle, etc. Polish didn't last a week. Got redone one week later, at another place while out of town and was treated like a real person with a specialist who cared and did great work. The amount of gunk they cut from my cuticles one week later, confirmed even more that Nail Trix didn't do the job I paid them to do. I wouldn't waste my time or money going there. Just put a blindfold on and do your own nails. Saves u money and looks as good. That's sarcasm, kinda.
Went to have a gel mani/pedi one day before my trip out of country. Woke the next day to chipped nails and no time to have it corrected. Made a video for proof the very same day and came to the shop as soon as my plane landed to inform them that the nails chipped after one day. I was told it had been too long…my point being, I was out of the country and could not come back. I understand their policy but I never got what I paid them for and only wanted the nails redone. Ace’s customer service lacks! It’s not always black or white.
