What a miraculous place to perfectly and safely match your hair color! I came in looking for color correction after last place mismatched my hair color- twice! A couple of hair stripes later, I decided to give Joy's a try. They told me to trust them, and I am so glad I did! Joy not only matched my color, she explained the formula mixing to Mary who applied it as well as washed, conditioned, blew dried and flat ironed my hair. They were very patient with my hair (and me), never yanking it or hurting me. They even quoted me a price and honored their word even when it was very curly and thick when wet. Joy checked in on me throughout the process, and asked if I was satisfied at the end. Will be returning soon……

The ladies are very respecful and professional but they are not boring. They're playful and you'll have fun while being serviced. The place is organized and clean too.

Will highly recommend this place. ????????

Honest review I went to this salon to try lighten it a bit after a balayage that was getting brassy, I had been growing out my hair for over a year and I walked out with half of the hair I walked in with because it was burned with bleach, my hair was coming out in bunches while the woman washed and dried my hair when I told her she said it was normal and that your hair is ALWAYS short in the back even though it wasn’t when I first got there, I was really upset with the results I look like I cut my hair in random chunks, I expressed this to the owner and all she had to say was that they couldn’t give me my money back even though it wasn’t remotely what I wanted and my hair was still falling out days after. So now it’s two months after and my hair is still damaged and has not grown a bit and I’m still out $250 for poorly done work. I didn’t write this review right after the incident to avoid writing out of anger. But I would still not recommend going here. The first picture was before going here the second is two months after and the third is the day after it happened those are the ends of my hair.

Came in for a manicure on new year's eve. Placed was packed w customers. didnt like the male boss/cashier rushing me. But my manicurist was excellent, spoke little English but super conscientious with my nails. Paid 30 for gel and it lasted more than 3 weeks!

Everytime I go to this salon they ignore me when I walk in and then I sit down to wait and they don't acknowledge you or ask what you want done. Then when they finally acknowledge you and begin performing the service you came in for the owner will try and convince you to get something else done that you did not ask for. I have tried to call on the phone to make an appointment and they told me to just come in but when I come in they take other people first and ignore you. Overall wouldnt recommend due to their unprofessional customer service.

Horrible place and very unprofessional. My girlfriend went to get olaplex hair treatment done. Instead of fixing her hair, they made her hair event worst by using the heat products to straighten her hair after the treatment. Now her her smells burnt and looks dry all the time. Stay away from this place. Oh, and they made her get a haircut for $70 extra because her hair was “long too long “. Terrible business and bad liars.

Horrible service. They are not professional or clean. She (owner) kept me waiting even after I had an appointment and tried to sell me other services even after I repeatedly told her I want another service done. She tried to get more $ than we agreed upon. They use same combs and clips for everyone without cleaning. It’s better to go someplace else.
