On my first visit I came in to get a manicure with gel polish on my nails for cruise. The tech suggested to powder dip to last longer. I am very pleased that it lasted for 3 weeks+. Came back again for pedicure and manicure and this nail tech took her time and didn't rush. Nails look very professional, thank you! Will definitely be a repeat customer. Reasonable prices.
Worst service I ever had in my entire life. The gel nails peeled right off after I left and was chunky and ran into my cuticles.they looked so bad I was almost in tears. I went here to feel better about my nails and they really ruined my day. I wouldn't suggest this place at all. The more you tell them it's not right it's like they intentionally make it worse. Never never again will I go to this place. My finger nails were even worse I had to take off it off.
My only issue is that the price listed for a full acrylic set is $35 then at check out it goes up to $55. The only option for $55 is the french manicure with pink and white which I didn't get. The ombre is listed for $45 which I also didn't get....I didn't get anything special so it should have only been $35 not $55. My daughter also got a basic all one color set and had a small W wrote and a small heart and it jumped from $35 to $60! ???? ( After the tip it was almost $150 )
I have been coming to this site late for a very long time. They lack communication with client that walk through the door. I use to see a lady call kat I don’t see her any more. She was very talented and fast. They make appointment that they can’t keep. The appointment walks in and still seats to wait about over an hour. With all that the place is pretty clean.
Worst experience ever! Made an appt, came on time. After 45 minutes they sat me down and didn’t ask what I was wanting. Put my fingers in acetone for one hour. My skin is pealing at this point. When I said I wanted to have nails put on, 3 workers began yelling at me in front of the entire store stating I should have said that first! Yelling! Refused to do my nails how I was asking. Refused to fix anything they’d done on my nails. I never leave reviews, But don’t go here.
I went in today. Asked if they had time for a full set of acrylic's. They said " Yes have a seat." 40 minutes later, I finally get to the table. No big deal, I was a walk-in. But, then sat at the table for 20 minutes. Just for someone to say 10 more minutes.( I did leave without service.)
This place needs to learn to acknowledge the people who are there for business.
As always they were amazing took me in minutes I got there probably an hour after they opened. I had Loan again and she really takes care of you! Friendly people and love my nails!!

She totally rescued the horrendous dip mani I got at another salon. She did an amazing job shaping my nails and really took her time doing the dip powder treatment.
10/10 would recommend.
