These people are very rude they don’t do refunds which is find but to be rude about a exchange an said I had the item for 24 hours so I can’t get it exchange is ridiculous.They think all black people steal I was follow around in the store an ask 4 times what I was in there for as if I was gonna steal something this is horrible customer service. We need to spend our hard earn money in places where we are appreciated.

I love this store! ???? I can’t believe these reviews about how bad the staff is. I’m African American and they have never once followed me or watched me in the store... and I’m there once a week. The floor staff is helpful and the owners who run the register are helpful as well. They run good sales and have fair pricing in my opinion. I like that I can always find what I’m looking for. The store is well organized, clean, and always well stocked. ????. I just wish they were online... they should have a website to order from with all the inventory they have!

I new at buying hair, but they have very selective favorite brands. I prefer mostly their general hair care items and other facial and body products!

Had the hair I needed. Definitely not organized well but not as bad as the place right around the corner. At least it's decently clean.

This place gives me Anxiety!???? While most of the time I can get what I need from here all them dang boxes of stuff have me thinking something gonna crawl out and jump on me. I cut my leg on a box while I was in there looking one day. But I found what I needed!! The people are helpful though. Like I said just to cluttered for my liking.
