Tried to give no stars but had no choice. Went in for one thing that I could not find anywhere else. Instead of helping me find what I need, an Asian man and woman and a Spanish girl followed me pretending to be busy. I will NEVER spend another dollar here and encourage everyone I know to boycott as well. Not every black person is looking to steal from you. STOP THE MADNESS!!!

They follow black people, not sure if white people are followed, when we are clearly going to pay for the items. Get security cameras to be less obvious.

EVERY TIME I COME HERE there is always some prejudice behavior going on with the employees. The last time I came I was followed around, this time the older Asian lady takes a picture of my $7.48 receipt. I don't even come here often so I know its not just me that they do this to.

It's sad that they have had some horrible experiences with their PRIMARY CUSTOMER BASE but dang, customer service is a real thing. They may have been here for years but that doesn't mean a thing. All this city needs is the right people with the right offer and Komans will be a beauty supply store of the past....dry, broke, and out of business. ???? Literally hate that this is the best option out here.

Have shopped here for years, spent thousands of dollars. Have never returned anything; even products that did not work or were defective. On my last purchase the cashier forgot to put one of my items in my bag, an item that is stocked behind the counter. I checked my receipt before leaving the store and everything looked accurate. I did not check my bag until it was the night before I was to get my hair done (8 days later). I discovered the missing item at that time. I searched my car to make sure it hadn't fell out. I figure, "no big deal, just a human error". I went to the store with my $82 receipt and explained the problem and asked the store manager to give me the $5.99 item. I was treated like a criminal and verbally disrespected by her and the cashier. I did get the missing item, but their last words were that were going to go back and check video. Never an apology or an acknowledgement that they may have made a mistake. Also made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. This is a sad state of affairs to treat loyal customers this way. Will be shopping online from now on and encourage all shoppers to do the same.

I absolutely love ???? going to this store. They have so much to choose ????from, and the ladies ????????that work there are absolutely wonderful????????. I get excited???? every time I need to go here. Best hair supply store I have ever been to and I would highly recommend ????them to everyone I know and then some. ????????????????

The owner (lady) is very rude!!!! The employees are very nice. I have been shopping here forever and just spend almost $200 here no less than 15 minutes ago. I bought a wig but the color don’t match the box number I called and was letting them know the situation and the employee handed the phone to the owner she start yelling we can’t bring nothing back in once it has left out the store. That’s fine I understand but it’s not my fault the wig don’t match the number on the box she said bring it by so she can see cus she can’t talk over the phone and HUNG THE PHONE UP!!!!! I’m not gone go back cus she said what she said over the phone but from now on I will leave my options open and start giving blended elements down the street a try. Check your box of hair and wigs before you leave the store NO STARS FOR ME
