She was very careless with putting the powder on my nails its even over lapping onto my skin. My acrylics are lifting of my nails. I asked for coffin shape and none of my nail shapes match and my real nails are showing from the sides because she filed them down so much. It was also very cluttered and dirty. I wouldn't go back again.
Rude and annoying tried to do a walk in but I guess it was to much of an inconvenience (mind you they only had one client in the whole building) the two workers argued in a different language for almost 5 minutes deciding what to tell us right in front of us so we kindly said "so is that a no" and they kinda shrugged so we awkwardly said thank you and walked out. So as I don't know how they would have done on the service they were still very rude and I'd suggest finding someone else.
First time I've been here in over a year. Had an opening for when I called so I went right away. Distancing between customers, temperatures required at entrance, Plexi glass between customer and nail technician. Seems like they've got their system down and it was a great pedicure. Prettiest design for my toes!
I went in paid 35 bucks rubed the side of my nail raw and my nail Polish has already came off and broken pieces on them . Rushed way to quickly. Arg not even worth the money. Got my hands wet, and the gel Polish came off ... not sure what I should do.?
I've been here about 4 times now, one for an eyebrow waxing (never again, this is not their specialty..why I only gave 4 stars) and the other times have been for pedicures; which are fantastic, reasonably priced and comfortable. They always take their time and make sure the nails are nicely shaped and even. Some of the manicurists are talkative while others are quiet, I don't mind either. Great experience everytime and will continue coming back.
My mother was visiting from Washington and stopped at this Salon. She said she had a wonderful experience. They massaged her feet, took away knots, and made her feeling renewed. She said they were clean, friendly, and respected all rules. Great experience!
Was friendly and welcoming we came early with no appointment and was seated right away, we really enjoyed the deluxe pedicures for my husband and myself for a wedding that same day. Attention to details and ensured my nails were perfect (made sure she wiped and excess polish off while working which was impressive and above and beyond the norm) I can't say enough how satisfied I was being all the way from Alabama to such a remote location I didn't feel far from home and that really matter especially when experiencing a new nails shop, thanks you for your diligence, safety and care. The new chairs are beautifully and the massager are to die for. They even gave a by hand back and neck massage. Made our day even more special.
I've waited for a few hours to cool down when I left today I was so upset I was crying I can't believe how impatient and rude Lynn or lee I can't remember was I was asking for them shorter and she rolled her eyes and started talking to her co-worker in another language I have been to many salons in Ukiah and I know that isn't good for business it seems like they are talking bad about you, but wait... That's the least of it I went in with 40 dollars cash knowing I was going to pay some on my card when I went to pay I only had 20 I asked to show me the cameras she laughed in my face and gave me a lot of attitude she showed me the servalince but she skipped around to much I didn't want to make a high fuss over 20 dollars so I paid and left not to mention my friends nail looked really bad and they refused to fix the shape plus $5 per gem that's ridiculous they lost a valuable customers I tip very well
