My best friend and I always come here and we love it. Le and Henry and their other coworker work hard and are awesome at what they do.
However I was disappointed in yesterday's visit.
I had a new lady who didn't seem to know what she was doing and needed to be taught along the way it seems, I felt like her test subject. She cut my natural nails shorter than I asked, left parts of several nails not fully painted, cut me twice, making me bleed, rushed the gel painting, the drying and put the cuticle oil on my knuckles not the cuticles, also I do cats eye design on my nails and I had to try to tell her how to do it and that the magnetic Part needs to face nail and not touch . I tried to explain to her I wanted things fixed but she didn't understand. I tipped anyway because that's how I am but I will not let her do my nails again just le Henry and the other young woman that is always there.
I am not knocking this place. I love it here Nd will continue to just wasn't happy she didn't fix or understand or whatever it may of been. Other than that I have never had a problem in all my years of coming here.

Looking for a new salon after going to my previous one for over a decade. Tried this place.
Pros: quick and decent work with decent prices
Cons:
When we walked in and asked for a color, the man immediately said no without looking for it. I found it.
I knew I wasn’t coming back after that. Disrespectful, but we need our nails done for the spa.
Asked me to sit but only brought three rings of the samples over so I was limited to what was in my lap.
Drilled my mothers skin on her toe with the drill rushing.
Did not immediately turn on massage chair, had to ask if it worked. It did they just didn’t want to use it.
The woman who did me was ignorant, very nasty. Had an attitude, the entire time she was doing my nails. I didn’t say not one word only replied to her.
Did not like that I paid with my card. Thought I was not going to tip and her told me “give me the pen back” I was writing with after I signed like I was going steal it. Wasn’t even clean or had a cap, basic Bic!
I left 20% with her sidekick (she rushed off, had a customer) just to prove a point. This woman didn’t even have the decency to say good night as we left. Had her nose up!! I hope she finds peace in herself. It’s the holidays!
Unsanitary. Establishment is very dusty and grudgey, bathroom and floors, mani/pedi chairs arm rest and cup holders - all nasty. Let’s you know what they think of the customers of that neighborhood.
Black women- do not spend your money here.
I repeat DO NOT SPEND YOUR BLACK DOLLARS HERE. They called the police on a woman of color. Imagine that escalated to injury or death. Weaponizing the police! Wish I knew that before I walked in.
Like I said decent work, but if they applied the same energy they put towards making their customers of color feel unwelcome they could potentially have 5 stars.
I have been in so many nails place in Lynn and honestly this is the faster cheaper & good that I have been before.
They work really fast and still doing a great job sometimes I come without app and they still take me.
Love getting my nails done here! Staff is super nice and they have great prices.
I was horrified today when going in for a mani pedi and they kept attempting to use unsanitary tools and USED toe separators on me!! When I asked her to get me fresh tools from the sterilization machine (in a pouch) she simply sprayed the tool w alcohol and then told me that’s how they clean them. Gross!!!! They also attempted to use USED toe files on me as well. I insisted on tools directly from sanitizer!!! The brush she attempted to use for my pedicure was so obviously used that I made her get up and get a new one that was still in the package
They had me rest my feet on a dirty towel. I questioned if they had a liner for the pedicure bowl bc it did not look sanitary either - she insisted they cleaned it prior. However after my pedicure she immediately took another client and used the DIRTY towels to wipe down the pedicure bowl and then sat new client down smh !!!
I will not be returning!
Absolutely phenomenal as always I have been going there since Day first open and I have no complaints Henry the owner does my nails and he is absolutely one of the best texts I've ever come across wouldn't change them for no one
Fui ayer para un manicure, sin cita y la señora me atendió, no fue grosera ni nada. Pero mis uñas estaban torcidas y le dije 2 veces y ella dijo por que son mis uñas naturales. Y al final quedaron igual de torcidas. Le di tips, y me miró super mal, creo que hasta se molesto, no se ella cuanto $ esperaba. Alado mio había una niña de tal ves 15 años y ella le decía a al señor "longer, longer" y el contesto, "more longer more money" y ella dijo solo las quiero un poco mas largas. Después ella le dijo que se veian delgaditas y el dijo "quiere que las haga otra ves, será más dinero, tiene que decirme como las quiere" pensé que ella se iba a parar e irse. (Yo lo hubiera hecho) ella solo dijo " no I am just saying that are skinny". Cuando limaba sus uñas se veía enojado, pareciera que odiara a la niña, hasta el pelo se le movia a la niña de lo duro que le limaba las uñas. Como unos 5 min después entro una enfermera, supongo y ella estaba escogiendo su color, y otro muchacho que trabaja ahí le decía que de apurara y ella solo respondió "es dificil, son muchos colores" y se rio ella apenada, el solo se la miro mal diciendo " cuando termine me avisa entonces" muy grocero.. me gustaron mis uñas aunque quedaron torcidas pero me las arregle en la casa, pero no volvería ni llevaría a alguna amiga.. sorry.
We had our appointment and made sure we would be in time. The people don't care about their clients. Made so many appointments at the same time. We have been here for over 40 min and still do not know when they take us. Very rude. Never come here again.
