Quick Facts About Louis Burgers II
Louis Burgers II has received both positive and negative feedback in the comments above. In order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the place, we will consider various aspects including food quality, customer service, menu variety, atmosphere, and overall experience.
Starting with the strengths, one common theme in the comments is the appreciation for the food. Multiple visitors from both the local area and out-of-town express their love for the burgers, chicken dinner, char-broil grilled chicken sandwich, pastrami cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, and pastrami burrito. The taste, freshness, and satisfaction provided by the food are consistently praised, with several customers claiming that the place serves the best food in town. The consistently delicious food and positive dining experiences contribute to the strength of Louis Burgers II.
Another strength highlighted in the comments is the popularity and positive word-of-mouth appeal of the restaurant. Many patrons mention that they have been going to Louis Burgers II for years and that it is a local favorite. The fact that people bring out-of-town guests to the place and that these visitors come back again is a testament to the quality of the food and the positive perception of the establishment in the community.
The drive-thru service of Louis Burgers II is mentioned frequently, and while there are occasionally complaints about long wait times, most customers agree that the wait is worth it. The efficiency of the drive-thru service, especially during peak hours, is mentioned as a strength. Additionally, the comment about asking for yellow peppers suggests that the restaurant accommodates individual preferences, offering customization options to enhance the dining experience.
In terms of weaknesses, one major area of concern is the customer service. One comment suggests that the staff, particularly the girls in the front, can be rude and lack proper courtesy. This negative interaction with the staff can result in a less pleasant dining experience for customers. The comment specifically asks the owner to retrain the employees and improve customer service skills. By addressing this issue, Louis Burgers II can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Another weakness mentioned is missing or incorrect orders. Multiple comments refer to instances where part of the order was missing or items were not prepared as requested. In one particular case, the customer even found a foreign object in their food. These errors can lead to customer frustration and disappointment. Addressing these issues by implementing better quality control and ensuring accurate order fulfillment would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
The outdated look of the restaurant is noted as a weakness in one comment. While it is acknowledged that the taste of the food compensates for the outdated aesthetics, giving the place a more modern and appealing look could attract more customers and enhance their dining experience.
Overall, Louis Burgers II has several strengths, including high-quality food, positive word-of-mouth reputation, efficient drive-thru service, and a loyal customer base. However, there are weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as improving customer service, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and updating the restaurant's appearance. By focusing on these areas for improvement, Louis Burgers II can further strengthen its position in the market and provide customers with an even better dining experience.
Best TL Reviews
This is a locals spot. Everyone I’ve taken here from out of town love it and always come back. The burgers are great and one of the family favorites is the chicken dinner the fries are the typical mom and pop but delicious. And like the sign says “best in town” & Quality food takes time to cook. Yes the drive-thru can be long at times but it’s worth the wait don’t forget to ask for the yellow peppers.
I’m just making the review for the owner to see this! Please hire new people and retrain them on customer service when you RE-OPEN! The food is great but the service was lacking a lot. The girls in the front are rude and I Think if you train them to be courteous and friendly people would love to come. Also bring back the old school ONION RINGS they were so good. Everything is good but those onions rings were really great in flavor.
MY FAVORITE Intermittent fasting keto lunch is the char-broil grilled chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped with easy red onions, tomato,p pickles, thousand Island and top it off with bacon BABY. So satisfying so savory so fillng I don't miss the bread at all
It's been about 10 years since I've been here but I'm back an it's still the bomb everything is just how I remembered it tasty.. Chilli cheese fries with pastrami cheese burger you can go wrong 3 people can eat off the fries man hands down the best in Compton...
You can smell it thru the bag...
This place is consistently delicious. Everything I order is delicious! I LOVE the fried zucchini and the tacos are a meal in themselves. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed ????
I've been going here for years, I love the fast service and the freshness of this place. It's always a line and they keep it moving. My favorite meal here beside the hile cheese fries is the pastrami burrito with chile and cheese. The pastrami is so tender and the chile makes it perfect! I love the fact that they stay open til 3:00am. When I leave the club or just out late and need something to eat, this is my number 1 spot. I've never seen this place empty or have a short line because the food is that good! Tam's is cool but has nothing on this spot.... at all!
My husband and I have been to Louis Burgers on Carson St. two to three times a month for over ten years. Today just set me over the edge. I like to work out problems directly with a companies htq, or owners. This is the first negative review I have ever left.
Why? Because the first phone call to the main store said if I wanted the owners email address call back after 5pm. I did, I was told they can’t give out that information. I said, how do I file a complaint? He said he can’t help me with that issue. I couldn’t find any contact information for the owner except a Compton store phone number. You see where that got me.
Most of the time we go to the drive through to place an order for lunch. Today, as several times before, I discovered part of the order was missing after my husband brought it home today. We just let it go before… but today, I’ve had enough… It was just an order of fries…
Why didn’t he check the bag? My husband asked her to repeat the order, he said she did it correctly. He hates to hold up people waiting in line at the drive through.
I posted a picture of the fries we received part were limp and undercooked, and part were small pieces hard as a brick. I noticed they stopped using the seasoning on them too. The tuna sandwich had pieces of pastrami in the wrapper. My egg sandwich “plain” had pieces of lettuce on top of the bread. We never ask for ketchup yet they throw the packets on the exposed French fries. How hygienic is that…
Okay, so we call the Carson store before the Compton one. If we want a credit for the fries $7.90 for two orders, plus tax, plus this fee they charge now if you use a credit card of any kind, we have to bring the food back (which makes no sense at all), and bring the credit card back to the store. What about the price of gas? Increased food prices for sub par food. I have never ordered a Cobb salad from them again after finding a fake fingernail in it one time. Never complained either.
Really? We never have missing food when Nethia works the drive through. She left for awhile, but has since returned. A great employee they should reward.
Anyway, that’s my rant. There are plenty of food establishments along Carson St. we can eat at. So long Louis Burgers.
The look of this restaurant is a bit outdated, BUT when your food is as TASTY and is as GREASY and is OH SO SATISFYING as theirs, there's no need more time to update the establishment. I'm originally from Compton, California and EVERY TIME I visit this is a MUST stop every single time the colossal Burger is GINORMOUS in the pastrami and chili cheese fries ... OMGGGAAAAWWWWDDDDDD!!????????????
