Best nail salon in the area. And I have been to so many… this one is top tier. Great quality polishes, powders and gels. Everyone there does a lovely job but my favorite nail tech is my girl Tina she’s the bomb!!
I went to this place for the first time and was sat down in the first chair closest to the door. I called before I came in to see if it was okay because I needed a fill and my usual nail tech was out. The girl in the first desk who did my nails did very sloppy. She rushed through my nails because I came an hour before closing and she was the last one doing manicures. She charged me 50$ even after I stated she messed up my nails and all she did was try and add more top coat which made them thicker and bulgy. 4 days later I am here with chipped and lifting nails. I’ve never had to get a fill less than 2 weeks. what was suppose to be gel ended up chipping. She did not use enough acrylic so half of my nails are lifting and I will now need to get another full set. In the pictures my nails look 4 weeks old but it is only 4 days old!! The paint is chipped and horrible!! I haven’t had any problems with nails lifting before I went to this place. They also did not have the square tips!! I asked for a basic set. Super bad service.
I love this place. Whether I have an appointment or not they always make it happen. They are fast and professional. I love Sam for my nails and Lina for my pedicure. Lina is the sweetest. She does and great job and she's great to talk to. Sam does an awesome job on my nails. I highly recommend!
My manicure was very sloppy, true lazy work. More than likely, I will be removing it tomorrow at a different salon. I am not a high maintenance person at all when it comes to my nails. I just appreciate and expect neat and quality work. Anything I request is usually very simple and classic given I am in senior leadership within my organization, yet that was not achieved today. This was my first visit to this salon as well as my last. I will continue to seek a quality nail salon in this area to avoid having to travel to the downtown Atlanta area.
However, I was very happy with my pedicure which is the reason for the two stars. It was a different tech whom completed my pedicure.
I like my nails, but they start showing cracks and breaking within the 1st week of getting them done by them. Also, the owner came to my business as we are neighbors and was extremely rude, and terrible. She gave me a one star rating because she feels her results were not where she wanted, though she stopped doing treatments mid sessions. And that’s not fair as same goes for all and any services even nails.
Vicky is AH-mazing with pedicure & dip powder nails. She takes her time and does an awesome job. She never disappoints. She's my go to person????
DO NOT GO HERE! A waste of money and total trash job on my nails. They only made excuses instead of fixing the problem! This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They do not know how to properly fill nails and do a French manicure.
My nails look terrible, even worse in person. They are rude and they make you pay before their work is finished!
I will never come back to this sham of a nail salon! If you’re smart you’ll heed all the one star warnings and go elsewhere!
P.S. This is my second time using this salon. The first time my acrylics didn’t even last a full week but I figured it must be the nail tech. After this visit I see that this is just how they do business. My nails look terrible and I deserve a full refund because now I have to go to another salon to have this issue corrected.
I’ve been to this place for a long time, and the service sometimes good and sometimes bad, depends on the nail people. Just in general, it’s ok. However, this time is very disappointing. I did both my pedi and medi and both of the ladies are very rush and have to have them repair a couple of times. I know it’s a holiday season and seems they are under staff, and I understand they are busy at the time and try to service as much customers as possible, which sacrificing the quality of their service and I end up have to remove the excess of the polish from my toe nails on my own. Very disappointing and poor quality service! Won’t go here anymore
