My barber is Louis the barber and as always, he does a FANTASTIC job! Love coming here as not only do they have great customer service but, they make you feel comfortable
Shop is cool but Rob is a bad Barber.
1st time there Rob gave me a halfway decent cut, but left my beard completely uneven. Awesome leaving the barber shop and having to fix what they did. Thats not what I paid for. But my hair grows fast so I knew it would balance back out.
I gave Rob a 2nd chance because he seemed cool to talk with as a barber and that important too. 2nd cut was decent all around because I showed him a pic of what I expect. He redeemed himself.
3rd time is the charm... I scheduled an appointment because I had a client new appointment I wanted to be fresh for. I took a time when Rob told me he would be available and told him no problem as long as I make my 4pm appointment. To my surprise when I get to the shop Rob is not there. I call Rob and he says he is in traffic and will be there in 10-15min fine I still had 90min until my appointment. Well 45min later Rob still isnt there and didnt even have the decency to call and update me. You would think as a professional he would have some ability to communicate and be accountable for himself or his business.
So sure get a cut here but dont expect Rob, the guy in the 1st chair to the left when you enter, to respect you.
Big Lou is great ! not only is he just an all around good guy, but he is a hell of a barber. He has mad mad skills with the clippers...he's a much better fit for this shop than the previous owner and much more skill; because he actually loves what he does! I'm a client for life!
First i book appointment online. Although, site indicates a confirmation email will be sent, that never happen. I then called location to require about not receiving email to confirm. I was told by gentleman that answered, that they received the email, customer does not receive to confirm. Well how does the cystomer know their appointment has been accepted and scheduled? Then upon arriving 10 minutes before my appointment time that i booked, i wad told that not only was the barber that i scheduled Mr. T. Jacobs wasnt there, none of the barber's were there. So i waited for 45 minutes and as the barbers begin to arrive lately, i was then asked if i could reschedule for a later time. Really!? Can't be serious. Well never again, always happens when trying to support black owned businesses. And this business just opened..
I've been there twice now and both cuts (by two different barbers) were to my satisfaction. Inviting atmosphere and clean establishment. Be prepared to pay up to $40 for a cut.
This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with Louie I booked a appointment last week today is my appointment he cancelled because I where a hair unit t don't waste your money on this fool
One of the best barbers in town. Great service. Great atmosphere. Great vibes. Mos def coming back again. I highly recommend if you are in the area!
