Came here on the recommendation of my girlfriend and what an experience! Not your average nail salon. Ann and Sarah were wonderful and did a fantastic job! Be sure to make an appointment as they seem to be quite busy and very limited for walk-ins.
Milano always does an amazing job on my nails. The only thing I find frustrating is when you make an appointment for a certain time and then have to wait 30+ minutes after the appointment time. Other than that they are amazing and do a great job on your nails! They take their time and make sure you like them.
Got my nails done last Saturday and this is how they look today! In less than a week 4nails chipped and had to glue back with super glue! I’m on vacation now and have to find a new place to fix this! Was hoping to get a better service! Disappointed
I've been going here for 8 or 9 years altogether. The Owners are so welcoming and kind, and remember my name and my family's names. Quality work in my experience. My favorite place in town.
Can't fault the technicians for their friendliness and technique. But disappointing when you make an appointment but still have to wait 35 minutes to get started, and end up being there for 2 1/2 hours for a service that should have taken under 90 minutes. Was chaotic when they accept multiple walk ins that leave clients with appointments pushed off. But I understand that they're a business trying to make as much money as possible.
I have come to Milano nails fairly often over the years and I have always been very pleased with their services. They are clean, well staffed, friendly and excellent equipment... I love their massage chairs. I was especially pleased today with my pedicure. Lora provided me with above and beyond care and service. She has incredible sense for detail and I was especially appreciative today for her kindness and service. Thank you, Milano Nails... even more so, thank you, Lora.
Milano Nails has excellent customer service: on the phone & in person. So clean and welcoming. Several nail salons will “do” your nails….The staff at Milano “take care” of your nails. You’ll know the difference when you go here. Their massages are amazing. You get a hand & arm massage with your manicure, leg & foot massage with a pedicure, shoulder massage. ITS….AMAZING!! Make an appointment and see!
