Here it is 9:00 am what claims to be the opening hours of this shop and I'm sitting outside and no lights on, no one in parking lot. I called the store no answer. I'm not the only one that seems to have this issue. I feel like they should not say they open at 9am if they don't mean it. I've been out here waiting patiently for 30 mins for them to open because they are the only shop near me and there's no one here. It's frustrating and makes me mad. I do not understand.

This guy went over and beyond for me. The juice I wanted didn’t contain nicotine but he was able to add nicotine to it so that I was able to get the juice I wanted.

Do not buy from there I got a pod on December 7 it leaks and has now ruined my vape and I went to hit it and getting air they will not do anything about it I got one November 27 that done the same thing they will not help you help out they only want your money

I have come to the up in smoke in Tillman’s corner for the third time in 2 weeks and waited for them to open and not once has anyone answered the phone or been here to open up in time! If your not going to be open change your online hours so we aren’t wasting out time. I’ve seen 2 other people stop by and walk up to the door to be met with a lock. Very, very unprofessional.
