They were great and my nails look good. With that said I have never paid $75 for fell nails. $50 is the most I’ve ever spent. So as my nails look good the price isn’t worth it for me. I should of just got acrylic nails.., cheaper.
I don't usually do pedicures but my daughter and I went together and I just loved it. The atmosphere and the menu were amazing. The atmosphere is very lux! I will make it a habit to treat myself from now on.

different designs since they “didn’t have the stuff” and then i gave me absolutely horrible nails and service and when i asked to fix them they blamed it on my nails beds!! terrifying. it has absolutely nothing to do with that spent an extra 2 hours just to have them fix them and still had to pay an extreme amount for their time as if it wasn’t wasting mine! horrible. do not go also never walked out with the nails i wanted
First off the gentleman that did my nails was very patient and kind, I have a concussion and I started feeling some effects of it while he was trying to do my nails! So thank you for that kindness and second, I am in love with how they turned out! He did an amazing job and I would go back.
I had the pleasure of having Ty artistically put a full set of nails; it came out very beautiful and unique. The place is a little bare but that's beside the point. One of my issues was the price; I was told $38, and by the time we were finished, it cost $52; a little warning would have been appreciated.
Another issue is I paid $10 for a gel polish that wasn't applied entirely on my daughter's nails (by someone else) and she was able to peel it off before we even left.
I will go back because his work is wonderful, but I will be sure to ask how much they're adding on for particular products used.
I made a pedi appt. by phone the previous day. I went to my appt. the next day & the manager asked why I was there. I told him I had a 3:15 appt. He said no as he was the only one that made them. I explained that I called the day before & spoke to a woman who made my appt. I then took out my phone & showed him the history of the call to their number. He just looked at it & turned away without a word. He didn't say anything else to me. He could have apologized for the mix up or tried to see who had taken the appt. call & forgot to write it down. Instead, he ignored my presence & left me standing there. So I looked around & then said out loud " I guess I need to leave & go elsewhere?" Still no response from him. So I left. I won't ever step foot in there again. Treating someone like that was uncalled for & very poor customer service. I've worked with the public for years & know firsthand that is NOT the way to treat customers at all. A simple apology would have handled the whole mix up.
