The salon also offers a wide range of additional nail options such as gems, glitter, chrome, and stickers, making it possible for customers to get their desired nail design.
Additionally, Nail Gallery offers free parking right in front of the salon, which is convenient for customers. Several customers also mentioned that the pricing at Nail Gallery was reasonable, especially considering the quality and longevity of the nails. They felt that the salon offered a good value for the price.

Another customer mentioned that the salon staff would comment on customers in their native language, which made them feel uncomfortable and excluded. In addition, some customers mentioned that the salon was noisy and did not provide a spa-like experience, which may be a drawback for those looking for a more relaxing environment.
There were also a few negative comments about the cleanliness and hygiene practices of Nail Gallery. One customer mentioned that the utensils were dirty and not properly sterilized. Another mentioned that their nails were damaged during the removal process, resulting in thin and weak nails.

However, there are areas for improvement, such as reducing wait times, improving customer service and professionalism, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Best TL Reviews
Out of all nail places and techs I’ve tried, Lexi is the best nail technician I’ve ever had!! I gave her a picture of the design I wanted and she 100% delivered. She’s extremely detail oriented and takes her time making sure the quality of her work meets satisfaction.
I have been going here for the last 7 months. I have faced a few red flags but let go of it for the quality of the service they do. But today I had to choose between my selfrespect and their quality and I chose to stand by me. I had called for a 4:30 appointment and I was asked to come by 5:30. I reached the salon at 5:25. Generally they make me wait for 15-30 mins before they attend me. But I used to ignore that and I used to plan my day taking into account of their wartimes. Today the lady called me in as soon as I reached there and started with my nails. After 10 mins a customer walked in and the lady who was attending me went to talk to her. But I heard loud and clear that she did not have an appointment. Later the lady came to me and told that she would clean up my nails but I have to wait until another lady gets my nail done. I could not do anything as my nails were half done. She asked me to wait at 5:50 and took care of the other customer. I am still figuring out the reason why she took another customer over me when I was the first one who came in for a 5:30 appointment. I waited until 6:30 and there was no signs of any other folks getting free. By that time another customer walked in for 6:30 appointment and suddenly a manicure lady came from
Inside and attended her. That’s when I lost my patience and I asked them, how long should I wait. The excuses they gave was all weird, that all those folks who came in are their customers! That made me think, we’re they servicing me for free??? I tip 20% of the service charge every time and they do not consider me as their customer??? Then another manicure lady, who is fluent in English gave me her explanation, rudely, that they do not know about the appointments and it’s their owner Zuki doing it. My question to her was simple. I understand they were understaffed. They knew it the moment I walked in. Then why did they start with my nails? I was forced to wait because my nails were half done. I could not leave the place. To me it was a racial discrimination, as the folks they were taking in was either from their country or Americans. I am from Indian origin and it was a hard hit on my dignity and self respect, when they even thought that they could treat me like this. This was the red flag I mentioned earlier. It was too obvious to ignore this time. I left from there with my half done nais and now figuring out how would I get my nails done before i go to work tomorrow. Go ahead if you think, it’s just another day, until you get to face this treatment from them
Absolutely wonderful, both the staff and the service. One of the most adorable nail designs I’ve ever had. And it only took them one and a half hour to finish everything, which is much faster than what I expected.
The best Asian nail trends I’ve ever seen is here. They use only Japanese base products (as base coat for your nail) for best and longest last adhesion so it doesn’t lift and you can keep your nails for 3 weeks. I did extensive google, Yelp, and Instagram research before finding this place. This was by far the best talent I’ve seen anywhere in Atlanta. They have OPI products but just to be sure, ask for the Japanese stuff!
They also have tons of gems, micro/glitter, rub on chrome and aurora powders, stickers etc. It’s easiest to contact on IG if you have a design in mind. More than likely they can do it for you.
EXPECTATION- you are not coming here for an elegant spa like experience. It is going to be loud and your typical Asian nail place. You come here because you want the best and longest last nails.
PARKING- free parking right in front of the place.
PRICING- when I come in for mani for polygel or full gel tip extensions with design on 6 nails total without gel, price is typically around 60-70$ which I think is great, considering it lasts 3 weeks. I’ve gotten similar Japanese product nails in LA for more than that!
I typically get my nails done with Suki.
As a loyal customer of Nail Gallery for a year, I can confidently say that they are 100% the best salon in Atlanta/North Georgia area. Seriously, if you have a design in mind, they can do it!! They are also extremely upfront about what they can do and what they can’t do. The prices are extremely reasonable as well.
They are known for using a Japanese type of hard gel instead of acrylic. It’s soooo much more stronger and durable than acrylics, trust me it’s worth the price. Typically with acrylics I have breakage within 3-4 weeks. With the Japanese hard gel, I have had my nails last up to 6 weeks without any breakage.
Suki is the owner and is the best at nail art and is quite fast. Jenny is also a great nail artist and is really meticulous and makes her customers feel cared for.
I can confidently say that I will be a customer of Nail Gallery for a loooooong time ????
I made an appointment and arrived on time, but they require me to wait for more than 40 minutes. Every time I had the nails done I was not satisfied with the results, but I had to choose this one because I didn't know of any other nail salon around here. Their utensils are very dirty and barely sterilized. They were very rude when fixing the dead skin and made my fingers bleed. They would comment on American customers in front of then in Mandarin and comment on the Chinese customers in their unique dialect to make sure the customers did not know what they are talking about. Very rude. I will never come back to this nail salon forever.
It is okay to have gel nail there. but never remove gel nail there. they ruined my own nails by grinding it too deep. My whole nails are paper thin and really weak. I even cannot type keyboard in right way. they don't have any aftercare things for this. worst place ever.
I love coming here. They are my #1 nail salon every time! They are skilled and know how to do everything. I’ve tried other nail places, but Nail Gallery is the place I always come back to!
I never have any issues with gems falling off and my cuticles always look amazing after getting my nails done.
I love that they also specialize in Japanese gel manicure.
No matter which nail tech you get your nails will always come out looking great.
