Quick Facts About Nail Spa
Nail Spa place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring theme in the comments is the friendliness of the staff. Multiple customers mention that the service at Nail Spa is always friendly, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This is an important strength for a nail salon as it can contribute to overall customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Another strength mentioned is the comfort and cleanliness of the salon. One customer specifically notes that the massage chair was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. A clean and hygienic environment is essential in a nail salon to ensure the health and safety of the customers. Additionally, a comfortable experience can enhance the overall enjoyment and relaxation of the visit.
The third strength is the professionalism of the staff, particularly one male worker who was mentioned by a customer. Professionalism is crucial in the service industry and can greatly impact the customer's experience. A professional nail technician can provide a high-quality service and ensure that the customer's needs and expectations are met.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one of the most significant weaknesses highlighted in the comments is the poor quality of the services provided. Several customers mention issues with the nail polish, such as color inconsistencies, polish on the skin, and a gel manicure that didn't look natural and started lifting after a few days. Additionally, there are complaints about nail shaping, uneven finishes, and the lack of cuticle work. These weaknesses indicate a lack of attention to detail and a subpar execution of services, leading to customer dissatisfaction.
Another weakness mentioned is the pricing and potential for hidden costs. One customer was surprised to find out that removing old polish would cost an additional $20, which they deemed as a rip-off. Decisions like this can give the impression of dishonesty and potentially drive customers away.
There are also comments about rushed services and poor communication. Customers express feeling rushed during their visits and not receiving the services they paid for, such as a proper foot and leg massage or cuticle work. Additionally, one customer mentions an incident where the male worker dismissed their concerns about the service, claiming they were asleep and didn't remember, which indicates poor communication and a lack of accountability.
Lastly, one customer mentions issues with the technical skills of the nail technicians. They mention a rough and uneven finish on acrylic nails, the wrong color due to adding acetone, and sloppy polish application. These issues with technical skills can greatly impact the overall quality of the service and leave customers dissatisfied.
In conclusion, while Nail Spa place has strengths in terms of friendly staff, comfortable environment, and professional service, there are significant weaknesses concerning the quality of services, pricing transparency, rushed services, poor communication, and technical skills. These weaknesses need to be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience and retain a loyal client base.

Love this nail salon. Been going here ever since I was 15 years old and I continue to to go here to this day. Great job always always friendly. Haven't been disappointed yet.
He left old polish all over my hands….Didn’t shape my nails, a few of them go past my nail onto the skin, each nail seems like a different color- meaning the color isn’t solid on any nail… He did a horrible job, they might be cheaper but the quality is worse than an at home job. I would give 0 stars if I could (yes that is a toss to Beach To Sandy).
I chose an upgraded Deluxe Pedicure because I wanted a good leg/foot massage. Massage was pathetic. Basically smeared lotion on my leg. Upon paying my bill I noticed it was $20 more than the cost of the pedicure. I asked why? She said $20 additional to remove my old polish. What a rip-off!
I will not return.
I have tried 3 different places in town. This is by far the best out of the 3. The massage chair was fantastic, clean and comfortable. The gentlemen (owner) that did my nails was very professional. He did a great job and I already have another appointment.
If I could give this place a 0, I would.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was completely rushed. Only in the pedicure chair a total of 18 minutes. He didn’t cut my cuticles or give me the lotion massage. When I said the menu said those were included, the male worker told me “You were asleep and don’t remember”. Ummm I was fully awake. He painted my nails worse than my 4 year old would. I had to ask him to fix them 3 times.
Horrible pedicure with nails trimmed at different lengths. Polish on the skin and had to ask to please remove it but he did not remove it all.
The gel manicure didn’t look natural at all and after a few days the edges started to lift up. I went back and asked him to fix them and he said nothing was wrong and nothing he could do. He then walked to the back of the shop and did not come back. Will never return!
Lousy job. My 3 year old grandchild could have painted my nails better. Worst mani/pedi ever. Nice man but had no clue what he was doing.
Needed acrylic fill-very rough and uneven finish. Nail technician added acetone to the color I wanted & it came out too light. She didn’t put a base coat so now my nails will be stained. Polish was messy, uneven & streaked. Have polish on my cuticles which will cause it to chip faster. Going home from Fairfield Glade & will have my nails redone. *ugh* They also charge an extra $2 if you use a card. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
