Went in for a manicure and a pedicure. I asked for the works. I didn’t even get the minimal. Worst I have ever gotten. As far as my manicure went, she didn’t even get all the old polish off before applying the new. She only put on 2 layers, but after buffing them, probably only have one layer left. Didn’t trim cuticles, no lotion applied, left polish on my hands and fingers. And my pedicure was bad. My right foot is not straight since I broke it in 3 places. She kept trying to straighten it no matter how many times I tried to tell her. My toenails are not cut even. Didn’t get the full treatment either. My legs looked dry and my feet still had callous on them. Will definitely be getting them fixed when I get home. Overcharged me and rushed me out because of all the walk ins
They are awesome!!! I will never go anywhere else!!
Not impressed. The nail tech cut my big toenails so short, I won’t need a pedicure for the next three months, and polished looks more off-white than anything. Top to it off, she grabbed the separators from my toes and threw them in the cupboard and not the trash.
Rude Chinese ladys. Barely put any work in, on my legs with the hot rocks. And owner lady asked me to turn off the chair that was rubbing my back so my feet can stop shaking. I should had said no.
Absolutely loved the staff. So nice and even with a wait they got me in and out pretty quick! I will definitely be back!!
The service was great! My step-daughter and I went yesterday and they were super busy but they were still able to fit us in and our nails turned out great!
