through the different products. It made me feel uncomfortable and like I couldn't take my time to make a decision. Additionally, the store could benefit from having more variety in their products. It felt like they only had the basics and didn't offer anything unique or hard to find. This limited selection was disappointing and made me feel like I had to go elsewhere to find what I was looking for.

This place has just about everything you need from the basic hair needs like combs and brushes to the different types of hair for wig making along with various styles of wigs and all the wig extras like wig grips, caps, and bands. They also have a large array of fashionable lashes, all lengths. They have my favorite size xs. And they offer non latex glue as well. They have a very small clothing section though, which to me is good cuz sometimes that just be too much stuff in a store, not enough room to move around. They have a loyalty card program, which is good. I just be forgetting my card.

There are a couple of things that I don't like however. I have looked for stuff that they don't have like the new dye paste. The kind that you put in your hair that is non toxic, non staining, and can last up to 2 days and washes out without damaging your hair, and they don't have the purple shampoo that you need to correct your permanent, semi permanent dye job. Another thing I don't like is sometimes it's hard to understand them due to the language. I've tried to explain what I need but they don't understand what I'm asking for.

They DO NOT HAVE ANYONE to make wigs, or do lashes, just FYI. But I will ask go here due to its location and they have always been nice to me

The selection is very LIMITED. For simple needs, it's a fine local go to place. Also, depending on what day you go, is how the service will be. The younger gentleman that works during the week, is friendly. However, the weekend staff isn't as helpful. I went there last weekend 25 minutes before closing time and the security guard rushed me to make a selection, because they were closing. I thought he was a bit rude! I'm sure they wanted to close on time, but he didn't have to be rude. Keep in mind, they close EARLY and usually before the posted closing time!! Not a good business practice!

Purchased some hair and wanted to make an exchange. The only reason I went there because it's close to home.The hair was still in it's original package and was not used. I spent 3 mins at the counter while a employee opened the hair and starting counting the hair! It was in two bundles and it was still attached to the package. I asked her if it was necessary because the day before this same employee cashed me out at the register. She proceeds to tell me next time don't open the package. I told her If I'm spending my money on hair I want to know what I'm buying because the textures of the hair are different. No where does it say on the receipt that you can't exchange hair products that have been open. Again this rudely Women tells me next time don't do it again. I told her that she won't have to worry about that cause It's not gonna be a next time. I would not step a foot in that ratchet store.I spent over $75! If you are looking for quality customer service and pleasantries I would advise you to go somewhere else. The employees don't acknowledge or greet customers and offer no assistance. I gave them 1 star it's too bad cause they don't even deserve half of it.

If you are scared of your customers then maybe you should go in a different neighborhood and sale. You don't greet your customers when they walk in yet you follow them all around the store. Then when we get to the register instead of being greeted with a smile we are surrounded by pictures of people that stole

Love this beauty supply. They are always friendly, and helpful. Also have great products for very good prices. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been to this beauty supply store a few times. The workers have been nice and helpful but their prices are too high. I can shop at Wal-Mart for the same products and it's cheaper. I also can go to a different beauty supply store and find better offers and more items.
