Quick Facts About Pineda's Barbershop

Pineda's Barbershop has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. In analyzing these comments, it is important to consider both the positive and negative aspects of the barbershop in order to provide a comprehensive assessment.
One of the strengths mentioned by multiple commenters is the quality of the haircuts provided by the barbers. Tony and Manny, in particular, are praised for their skills and ability to give customers the desired look. The positive comments highlight the expertise and talent of the staff, indicating that they are experienced and capable of providing satisfactory haircuts.
Another strength mentioned by a commenter is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the barbershop. The staff, including Lily and Zuri, are described as friendly and personable, making customers feel comfortable and valued. This is particularly important for those who are looking for a place where they can bring their families and have a positive experience. The commenter who mentioned this specifically stated that they love taking their family to Pineda's Barbershop because of the great job that Lily does and the fact that their boys love her.
Affordability is also mentioned as a strength. One commenter notes that Pineda's Barbershop offers more economical haircuts compared to the barbershop across the street. This suggests that the prices at Pineda's Barbershop are reasonable and accessible to a wider range of customers.
However, there are also several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One primary concern is the long wait times and disorganization mentioned by a commenter. This suggests that the barbershop may not handle its appointments efficiently and that customers may have to wait longer than desired. Additionally, the commenter mentions that the barbers prioritize return clients over new clients, which could make it difficult for new customers to get an appointment in a timely manner.
Customer service is another weakness mentioned by a commenter. They recount an incident where the barbershop opened late, and when the commenter expressed their frustration, the manager or owner dismissively responded, implying that the customer's opinion didn't matter. This indicates a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach, which can be off-putting for potential customers.
Another weakness mentioned is the issue with the card machine. The commenter notes that despite signs stating that the barbershop accepts cards, the machine has been broken for over six months, forcing customers to pay in cash. This can be inconvenient for customers who prefer to pay with cards or do not often carry cash.
It is worth noting that there are both positive and negative reviews of Pineda's Barbershop. While some customers have had positive experiences with skilled barbers and friendly staff, others have encountered issues with long wait times, disorganization, and poor customer service. To address these weaknesses, Pineda's Barbershop could consider implementing better appointment management systems, improving communication with clients, and repairing or replacing their card machine. Additionally, addressing customer concerns in a more empathetic and professional manner could significantly improve the overall experience for customers.

Best TL Reviews

Tony and all of the other staff are amazing. Friendly and they have the ability to make an old man like me at least have cool hair.
Terrible job. Will never go there again. The guys there today don’t know how to do a proper high skin fade. Now I have to take both my boys home and husband will spend and hour fixing the mess they just created. My other son is more like a medium skin fade, but high like was told and fade isn’t as bad as those in the picture but aren’t much better.
Hey quys this barbershop is legit even though i reside in phoenix now if I'm ever in queen creek I'll run in and get my hi skin fade from my barber Zuri because unfortunately I still can't find a barber in phoenix who cuts my hair to my satisfaction.
Always a long wait, And very very disorganized they choose their return clients over new clients. I was in line way before the other people that arrived but bc the barber is friends with one of the clients he took him before myself and others. No call or appointment prior. If you do wait they do give good quality hair cuts and far more economical then the barber shop across the street. Had to come back and lower this rating again, they DO NOT take cards. They have signs on the door saying they take Mastercard Visa and other major cards but they have had a "Broken" machine for over 6 months now. They only take cash and does not seem like they are in any hurry to fix the card machine since it's been half a year with the same sign of "broken machine"
I love taking my family there.. Lily does such a great job and my boys love her.. Thank you for being the best barber spot ..
We are new in town and my husband and son needed a haircut. We came across this barbershop as we were driving around and I was very happy with the results. Both my husband and my son had a haircut done by two different ladies and they both did an awesome job, they looked great! We definitely shall return.
Went there yesterday to get my haircut. Sign says opens at 9. Another guy and I was waiting well after 9 he finally left as I did a short time later. It's happened before as well. I called I my way home and talked to the manager or owner and told him how I felt about not opening on time. His excuse was we live in Phoenix so it takes a while to get there. I said if you live that far away allow yourself enough time to get there and open up on time. His response was we've been doing this for 15 years and your opinion really doesn't matter
Terrible customer service.BTW my name is Mike not Shelly.
Been going here for years. Manny and Tony are the best in the business. All the barbers in the shop make you feel like your family. Yes I am white and they are a Hispanic barbershop but never treat you any different. Great people and great cuts for me and my kids. Will always go back.
