The people were nice (the 1 star) but the services rendered were HORRIBLE! I got my nails done 1/21/23 and had to come back the same day to have Alex fix them. The original person had my nails, lumpy, clumpy, uneven and the polish was running…with Gel polish! My pedicure was horrible but looking around there was no one that could’ve done better. She rushed and she didn’t listen to anything I had to say about my feet and what she was doing wrong.
After wasting half of my day at Posh I go home. By Sunday my toenail polish started chipping off! One day really! By Tuesday my nail polish was chipping and my nails were snagging everything! They literally destroyed my cuticles and gel acrylic is chipping off in various places. The products being used and the skills of the technicians are subpar at best!
They treat this place like a nail factory and just rush the services along to get to the money! High prices and poor service/products shouldn’t coexist. I want my money back and I don’t recommend this place at all! Beautiful place…poor service!
Hello all,
So I visited this establishment on 11/22/23 and from the moment I walked in I felt good in the atmosphere. They Spoke to my Sister and I as we entered and was able to get us Seated for our pedicures right away. Painless and smooth they were, which is what we enjoy. I indulged in a full Dip power set, and my Sister received her fill in as she frequent this establishment often.
I was pleased with my encounter with all who serviced us. Great Customer Service and Conversation. First time getting Round Almond shape, and I truly love them. The fact that they offer Matte in all of their colors pleases me.

I went in the day before Christmas and asked for a fill in. I waited about 45 minutes. But that was expected it was Christmas eve, so I knew I was going to have to wait. I showed the lady at seat 7 what I wanted. She should have just said she can't do it because my nails were horrible. I asked her just to finish and not worry about the design because it looked even worse when she tried to do a design. She was rude af ????. She charged me $40 and I know for certain I left NO tip. My nails were ugly and I told her they were. BUT somehow I was charged $50!!! I still have my receipt for $40. I called and some guy was rude and hung up in my face. I had to issue a fraud case with my bank. (Yup for $10. Idk!) That lady went back and tipped herself! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! Check ya'll bank statements and keep yall receipts! They are thieves!
Great nail salon! I got red french tip nails and a red present type bow on my ring finger and I was in love!! The nail tech did an amazing job on my design but the shape is not that great. I asked for a mix of almond and oval but she just gave me oval shape. I enjoy having a conversation during my visit and sadly my nail tech didn’t talk much. However, other staff were very friendly and talkative. We came in last minute and immediately sat us! Also, the place provided me with the best pedicure i’ve ever gotten! I would highly suggest this place for a last minute or appointment made nail salon.
I was extremely difficult and particular three days before my wedding day when I came in to see Lynn. She was unbelievably flexible, professional, and deliberate. I left with beautiful and amazing nails for my wedding weekend. 5/5 stars!
I've tried this place 3x and I'm done. The quality of service and products are subpar and they charge 5star prices. My gel polish chips after 3 days...unacceptable
The last visit was 1/21/23 and I had to have my nails redone twice in one day. My pedicure was horrible and looking around at my other options I didn't request a redo...they are all unexperienced. I'm from Maryland and the quality of work I'm accustomed to last 3-6 weeks, here at Posh quality isn't the goal. They destroyed my cuticles and that's the easiest thing to maintain. I gave them 2 stars because they were nice. But nice doesn't get me my $110 back!

Upon entering this establishment, I thought I was about to have a good experience, but I was wrong. I came for a pedicure and fill-in and had a horrible experience with both. For starters, my pedicure was rushed and I was overcharged for a service that I did not receive. Secondly, the tech that did my pedicure was extremely rough and kept nipping my skin instead of my cuticles. When it was time for my fill-in, the tech pretty much joked around to hide the fact that he was not doing a good job. My nails are weirdly shaped. My polish has bubbles in it. There’s a gap between my real nails and the acrylic on multiple nails. Too much acrylic was filed from some of my nails exposing my real nails. Some of my nails are uneven as well. I just wanted to simply get a soothing pedicure and a fill-in after work but I see that I had chosen the wrong place to go to. I honestly felt like my techs may not have been licensed. Especially with how I was handled doing both services.
Cece and Tommy are the best nail techs I’ve ever had. I travel for work and was in Savannah for 6 months it’s always hard finding great nail salons let alone a tech to keep coming back to. The salon is also very nice and clean!
