Quick Facts About Pro Nails
Pro Nails Place has received a mix of positive and negative comments, which provide insight into the salon's strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, several customers have expressed satisfaction with the overall quality of their nails and the attention to detail from the technicians. One customer mentioned that they love their nails and appreciate the effort the salon takes to achieve the desired look. Another customer had been going to Pro Nails Place for a year and praised the consistent, incredible work done on their nails, particularly highlighting the technician Lynn. These positive experiences emphasize the salon's ability to deliver excellent nail services and please customers.
In addition to the quality of the nail services, customers have also mentioned that the salon offers decent prices. One customer specifically mentioned that they received a good job for a fair price. This highlights the salon's affordability, attracting customers who are looking for value for their money.
Customers have also appreciated the friendly and kind nature of some of the staff members. In one comment, a customer mentions that their nail technician was sweet and kind. Another customer stated that even though some of the staff members did not speak much English, they still tried to be friendly. This indicates that the salon fosters a welcoming and friendly environment, which can make customers feel more comfortable during their visit.
However, Pro Nails Place does have some weaknesses that were highlighted in the comments. One common complaint is the inconsistency in customer service. While some customers had positive interactions with staff, others experienced rude behavior. One customer mentioned that a technician became rude and pushy when recommending gel manicures. Another customer described an incident where the staff member had a negative attitude and provided a subpar nail painting experience. Inconsistency in customer service can tarnish the salon's reputation and discourage customers from returning.
Sanitation and cleanliness were also mentioned as areas of concern. One customer commented that the salon does not use plastic covers for the pedicure tubs, which can be perceived as unsanitary. This lack of attention to cleanliness can deter customers who prioritize hygiene and cleanliness in the salons they visit.
Another weakness that emerged from the comments is the lack of competency and professionalism from some technicians. One customer had a manicure done that was described as one of the worst they had ever received. The technician criticized the customer's previous DIY nail job and did not fully complete the manicure. This lack of professionalism and lackluster service may make customers hesitant to return or recommend the salon to others.
Lastly, there were some concerns raised regarding pricing discrepancies and unprofessional conduct related to payment. One customer mentioned that they had a misunderstanding about the price for a waxing service, which led to confusion and frustration. Another customer stated that when they expressed dissatisfaction with their nails, the salon staff responded rudely. These instances of poor communication and unprofessional conduct can be detrimental to the salon's reputation and may deter potential customers.
In conclusion, Pro Nails Place has strengths in providing high-quality nail services, offering affordable prices, and having friendly staff members. However, they also have weaknesses in inconsistent customer service, cleanliness, competency, and professionalism. Addressing these weaknesses will be crucial for the salon to maintain a positive reputation and attract and retain customers.

I switched my previous nail place & decided to give this salon a try. I have only been here three or four times so far but each time I’m never disappointed. I love my nails & how they take the time to create the look you’re trying to achieve! This is & will be my new nail spot from now on. I definitely recommend them. I will be trying their other services soon as well.
Called ahead for dip powder mani and pedi. Due to a misunderstanding, lady thought I had changed my mind about the pedi. As I rectified it, it was close to their closing time. She was not happy. Meanwhile, Cindy doing my manicure was a little messy and had to fix a couple of nails. As I left her appropriate tip with the front lady with blond hair, she scoffed at the amount with an eye roll. Not the worse, but certainly not the best experience either. Susan was lovely for my pedicure. First experience because my regular place was closed, possibly my last.
We had a great experience there with our nails today. You did a very nice job for a decent price. And our nail tech was so sweet and kind
At first this seemed like a nice place. As the appointment went on Lynn became kind of rude. She seemed to push the gel manicures but I tried to explain that my nails are oily and the gel only stays on a couple of days. Then while I was drying my nails she came over and said “you’re done” I told her that I did not want to chip my polish. She then said “that will happen, that’s why you need gel manicure! “ she was nice at first but then her attitude changed. Not sure why but it wasn’t right. I don’t think I will be back. Also, all of the other nail salons use the plastic covers for the pedicure tubs for sanitary reasons and this place did not. Kinda gross!
I have been coming here for about a year now, about every 3 weeks. Lynn always does an incredible job on my nails. This week I asked her to do an ombré with black and purple... and of course a little sparkle! She did several tests on my nails to make sure it looked right before just doing something I might not like. I also get my eyebrows and lip done here and they always look great. This really is a great place and they are always friendly; even the ones that don’t speak much English try to be friendly lol. I highly recommend them.
WORST PLACE EVER! As I walked in the front lady just asked what I wanted. I picked regular not gel then I picked my color, the table where I sit had someone else coffee and they didn’t clean it.
I asked for wax and they just kind of tell you the price according to what you look as the price they gave me is different than what they had on the wall. I didn’t do wax as the lady that was doing my nails she said JUST PAY for what your doing which It was RUDE!- then she painted my nails with the worst actitud, and did a HORRIBLE JOB I do not recommend this place at all and I didn’t want to ask them to fix it for the HORRIBLE actitud!
Worst nails place I ever been at.
Wow. I went here looking for a pink & white ombré acrylic nail and honestly I did not know how it would to turn out. It turned out to be absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I’m obsessed with how they look and it came out better than what I had in mind. I’ve been going here since I was 7 and I never walk out disappointed. I definitely recommend Lynn, she never ceases to amaze me with her wonderful work!! 5 stars well deserved!!
I went here a lot before Covid and never had a bad experience. Yesterday was the first time I went back and I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. I paid 45 for the spa pedicure which was good and 30 for the manicure which is probably one of the worst manicures I have ever had. I had painted my own nails a couple weeks before going in and they were blue and the whole time the lady kept telling me what a bad job I did painting my nails and that I had painted on my cuticles. By the time she was done I was left with nails that were partially painted (the sides of my nails were not painted and she didn’t paint all the way down to my cuticle) and by my cuticles you could still see the blue from my previous color. I had somewhere to be so I didn’t see how bad they really were until I left but I still tipped her 15$ I then called them today to see if they could be fixed and the lady who answered told me to come in so she could take a look. She then pointed for me to go sit down at the same lady who did my nails yesterday who proceeded to tell me yet again that because I painted my cuticles there was nothing she could do. I came home and removed the blue nail polish from my cuticles myself and I am now left with what looks like a 2-3 week old manicure that will need to be done again soon. So I am out 85 dollars and I need to have my nails re-done.
