weaknesses:
- Not a salon experience: While some customers appreciate the old-school barbershop vibe, others may prefer a more modern salon atmosphere. This could be a drawback for those seeking a more luxurious or trendy experience.
- Limited availability: The barbershop can be quite busy, especially for walk-ins. This may inconvenience customers who prefer a spontaneous visit without an appointment.
- Miscommunication: In one instance, a customer mentioned that their desired haircut style was not accurately executed. This highlights a potential weakness in communication or understanding between the barbers and customers.
- High prices for some services: While the overall prices are considered affordable, some customers feel that the pricing for a haircut for an adult and a child is a bit high compared to their expectations, and there may be no discounted rates for children's haircuts.
In conclusion, Razor's Edge Barber Shop has numerous strengths, including great service, experienced barbers, affordable prices, the nostalgic family-owned atmosphere, and an emphasis on safety during the pandemic. However, there are a few weaknesses, such as limited availability, potential miscommunication, and some customers feeling that the pricing for certain services is too high. Overall, the positive comments outweigh the negative ones, making Razor's Edge Barber Shop a favored place for many customers seeking a classic and reliable barbershop experience.

Been going here on and off last 20+ years. Sometimes I just buzz it myself. But when I go there it’s always great service, great people and of course a great cut. Jack and Joel are great! Can’t beat the price. Easy access and I like to support family owned businesses. Reminds me of when I was a kid going to the barber with my Dad. Good times kept alive. Thanks guys!
Excellent old school barbershop. If you want a salon experience, look elsewhere, but if you want a high quality haircut with an experienced barber, I recommend Joel. Call in, make an appointment, look fresh after 30 min. They also do walk ins, but are typically pretty busy.
My fiancé goes here for his hair and beard and sees Drea. She is always professional and takes the time to make sure his hair cut/beard is done right. I highly recommend Drea for any of your needs! Call and schedule with her and you won’t be disappointed.
Very nice barbers and did a great job. I hadn’t gotten a haircut for 20 years and he
Did great!
Excellent haircuts can be had here. A family member and I came in here on a random stop and found a excellent place to get her hair cut from now on. Seriously a family-friendly place. Small family run business. Excellent haircuts and beard trimming. The prices are not over the top like you'd expect for the area. All prices are posted old school right on the wall. I did not receive one extra charge like some other places for something small like aftershave after a beard trim. They even did clean up with razor without extra cost. Of all the places that I have visited for haircuts for men this is now the top of my list for the area. The owner's daughter gave me a haircut and a beard trim and she did a an amazing job.
Not just an amazing Barber shop but great people too!
The lady was super nice, and professional. I always love to support family businesses, and it totally had that family owned vibe. Prices are a little high though. For 1 adult and 1 child hair cut it was 42 bucks! So maybe they don’t have kid pricing. Another thing to add but isn’t super critical in this case, because we are so laid back, is.... we asked for Seattle comb overs and just got regular haircuts LoL! But they are super nice and really great at cutting hair!
They take care of each and every customer safely. The extra precautions they use to make sure that everyone is safe during the pandemic is awesome. Add to that the normal Barbershop experience that you would expect from a place called Razors Edge, it is awesome. A $21 haircut, with a straight edge trim along the back of your hair, eyebrow trimming, they are phenomenal
