Rosehill Victoria Park, Bandstand, is a park that offers a number of strengths and weaknesses. One major strength of the park is its tranquil atmosphere. Visitors who have been to the park on a Friday lunchtime commented on how quiet it was, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing experience. This can be attributed to the wide open spaces within the park and the presence of well-established trees. These trees not only provide shade and beauty to the park but also contribute to the overall serenity of the environment.
Another strength of the park is its focus on outdoor activities and self-entertainment. The park offers ample open space for walking or playing ball games, allowing visitors to engage in physical activities and enjoy the outdoors. The presence of a playground further enhances the park's appeal to families with children, providing a dedicated space for them to play.
One weakness that was noted by visitors is the shortage of toilet facilities. On a positive note, the park features a walled garden, which is seen as a highlight by visitors. The garden adds to the park's aesthetics and offers a pleasant space for a walk. However, the garden's full potential may be best appreciated during the blooming season when the flowers are in full bloom. Therefore, this aspect of the park may vary depending on the time of year and the visitor's personal preferences.

These amenities cater to different age groups, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Additionally, the presence of a cafe serving homemade cakes adds convenience and the opportunity for visitors to enjoy refreshments during their visit.
In conclusion, Rosehill Victoria Park, Bandstand, offers a tranquil and pleasant environment with wide open spaces and well-established trees. While the shortage of toilet facilities may be a drawback, the park compensates with its focus on self-entertainment and outdoor activities. The park's popularity among visitors and its family-friendly amenities contribute to its positive reputation within the local community. Overall, it is a park that offers a peaceful retreat and various recreational opportunities for visitors of all ages.

Quite park when we visited on a Friday lunchtime. Wide open spaces with some well established trees. Like other parks several trees have been cut down due to disease. The park has some facilities for kids with nice open space to walk or play ball games while entertaining yourself rather than being entertained. Could only find one toilet facility at the ice cream shop.
It's a lovely park with a very nice walled garden. pleasant place for a walk.iis got a playground for the children and plenty of open space for them to play, the bandstand is situated quite close to the car park, I'm sure the walled garden would look a lot better , if it wasn't a dull February day , I can imagine when the flowers are blooming it looks lovely. Overall a very pleasant park and garden
