I had a set of acrylics put on with gel nail polish. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend going to see them.
The owner has customer s she likes and those who don't get year round services ..I got t her hint last Friday and I wil,not be back, and I'M sure this is what she wants. I would prefer if she would tell me my money was not good enough instead of the treatment I received from Her.
Well, it's a hit or miss for me most of the time and today was a miss. I guess it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, I still had to wait about 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then they were a little rude, I know they were busy but still. I also thought that's why you make an appointment....but anyway my toes are done and they look good so I'm happy.
The ONLY nail salon I will go to. I have been using them for 10+ years now and I have only had one bad gel issue, which was fixed without question and free of charge almost a week after I got it done. They are worth the wait if you go without an appointment as they are usually busy. And Mary, the owner, makes sure to be open and honest with wait times and I have seen her turn people away as the clients within waiting and being seen are not rushed out but still given the full treatment. And shout out to Jessica for giving the best pedicures! Honestly though, everyone that works there does amazing work and I am happy to be any of their clients.
The people there were wonderful. They did such an excellent job on our nails! I recommend them highly!!
Best nail salon in Jackson County! Great attention to detail and service. Custom design, a lot of options! Fourth of July nails in photo with color change gel, sugar scrub and foils.
Only gave one star bc I have to in order to review. This was the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. Please dont go there!save yourself risk of infection and a eholr lot of pain. Less than 24 hours ago I got a pedicure in which the lady butchered both of my big toes. She claimed to have cut out an ingrown toenail on both toes when she in fact cut my SKIN straight down my nail. One of the toes has throbbed and oozed since. There was some obvious quarrel between her and the guy that did my sisters nails when it occurred. She wanted to continue digging with a tool when I sternly was telling her "okay that hurts". My advice, do not go there!
