They re-use gloves on everyone. I got a pedicure and a man received one before me. I watched as the lady used the same gloves on me. They were dirty when she used on me. Also everyone customer is treated differently. I got my pedicure done from the same lady and last time she took her time and went in. This time she barely massaged my feet nor took off my dead skin. She complained when I asked her to do it properly to her other coworkers. I still tipped. I deserve to be treated for what I pay.
Hardly ever do I write reviews but I’m so upset about my experience at this place….my niece and I wanted to start our day off with pedicures so because the salon is less than 5 mins away I chose it instead of driving 30mins to my usual spot. I explained to the woman doing my pedicure that she was filing my toenails crooked and too low she kept going saying she was going to fix it, which she never did instead she proceeded with the polish that was so lumpy, oiled my feet that was covered with polish spots and smeared white polish!!! So now I’m sitting here so mad because the entire time I’m trying to explain they were talking amongst each other like they were getting frustrated because I want someone to fix them. And they’re not understanding or acting like they’re not understanding what I was saying. Now that she had filed my toenail sideways I’m getting charged extra to add acrylic to build my toenail back up to where it was before the filing! After the terrible job performed I STILL paid what was asked with no issue and was NOT given the correct change! ATP my blood was boiling but I remained calm due being accompanied by my young niece, the worker brought over my correct change that was owed. I spend great money on my nails WEEKLY so I always leave really great tips but for this service I only tipped $10 which wasn’t deserved, still out the kindness of my heart I left one anyway. She stopped me while walking out and said “This is it? What about tip for the 3rd person this is not enough.”
Listen I can not make this up but I’ve NEVER in all my YEARS been told whatever amour for a tip was left would be a issue especially after ALL the discrepancies I encountered this morning! Never again will I go here again, im actually about to call and make an appointment with my regular to get my hands and feet done correctly!
I have been a customer here off and on for over 12 years and the service has totally declined! The Bigger they got the Ruder they got! I paid $80 plus a $5 tip! Then she wanted $20 for design on 2 nails! Im so glad I didn’t waste my money. I feel like they cater more to the white customers as well. My nails started falling of and breaking 5 days later! I never seen a price menu posted anywhere so I feel like they just come up with these prices. Needless to say I wnt Be Coming back and I only live 5mins away!!
I went on Sunday for the first time. I noticed that the top coat did not cover the entire nail. I went back Tuesday and the same thing happened after Phoebe and another lady repolished my nails. They were nice people but.... Needless to say I will not be returning.
If I could give less than a star I would. I asked for SNS French nails and what I got was a lot of crooked lines that looked like a 5 year old drew on my nails. There were also black dots in the powder that was obvious on completion. Dirty powder is not good. Very poor work and lots of attitude when I said I did not like it. I will never go to this place again.
I called to get pricing for acrylic take off. The woman on the phone quoted me $12. I come into the shop for my acrylic take off and was quoted $15. I proceed to let the nail tech know that I was told it would be $12. She claims that because my nails are medium length, it would be $15. If that was the case why didn’t she specify over the phone that it depends on length? Terrible.

love them. Cherie is great! I'm a simple girl I don't require much. but I like the nails super thin so that they don't look clumpy or fake. she gets the job done!
