So it’s a couple of days before Christmas, and I’m visiting from out of town. Found this place on a google search, and I highly recommend it. I called in for a cut and was able to book the same day in the morning. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the owner, with good convo, cool vibes, and above all, the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I even got a professional beard trim too. So if you are looking for a professional haircut, this is your place, this is your barber. Thanks again for the fresh look before Christmas ????
I wish I can put into words to describe Top Notch Barbershop but I can’t because the owner is Marc. I remember at his Greenacres location, I was just a kid in palm beach state college and he saw me waiting for a haircut while he was heating up his dinner in the microwave. After the food was done heating, he asked me if i wanted any food and I said no thanks. I then explained to me that where he is from (Bolivia), it’s their culture to ask people if they want food when it’s hot and ready. I then told Mr Mac I’m from Pakistan and my only dream is to become a doctor. Ever since that day he treated me like a family. If anyone has anything negative to say about the barbershop or the staff or anything then they have issues. My family owns a grocery store and a truck business in Martin county so it’s not easy to keep the lights on. If you’re anywhere in palm beach county and you want to go to a place where you get an amazing haircut and also it’s a family vibe there. If I can recommend ANY barbershop in Florida then it’s TOP NOTCH! Their location is now on clematis.
This is the most unprofessional barber shop in the COUNTRY!! Marc has rescheduled not one but TWO of my sons appointments 2 weeks in a row!! He lied like he was in the hospital the week before and then today he rescheduled my 330 appointment RIGHT AT 330 because “he was hungry!” The worse part is, I walk back past the barber shop and he’s in there cutting with a full house 10 minutes later!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY + the cuts are below mediocre I was just going there because it was close
Decided to get my haircut while in town. Will not disappoint! Highly recommended. Fantastic find with a great cut and very personable barbers. Great fades and shave ups.
I wanted to find a barber close to my law office because I'm always in a rush when it's time to get a haircut. I came to Top Notch on a whim and I've been going back for the last three months. I need to look professional, and the barbers there have always been very attentive and precise. Every other customer I've seen in the shop gets the same excellent level of attention, and the owner clearly takes pride in doing a great job.
Owner and Barber Mark is great at what he does. I had a great hair cut and conversation. Walking in at 2:30pm I did not have to wait at all Mark put me right in a chair and had me looking much better then when I walked it. Will be going back, I finally found a barber in the WPB area.
I’ve been going to this barber for months since we moved out this way, but the last month there was three separate times that I tried to get my sons haircut and every time he’s giving me the runaround. I text him yesterday and made a 330 appointment for today I showed up at 3:31 and the doors locked. He didn’t bother texting me or anything. His response was oh you can’t function when you’re hungry” That’s not how you do business AT ALL. that’s why you eat before you have your appointments or wait till after you’re a grown man, not knowing how to run a business or manage your time.
Had a 12 o’clock appointment and the barber decided to go to a baseball game instead of show up for the appointment. I stopped by a couple hours later and he was back cutting peoples hair. Charged me $30 for a beard cut only. The place was nice and clean and the barber was friendly. I just happened to have a very unfortunate experience here.
