I went there with no appointment. I waited 10 minutes for Vivian to finish with a customer and then she helped me. I had a pedicure and she told me about gel extensions. She said they were really good and last long so I decided to get that. While doing the nails some were crooked but she made me check them and she fixed them right away. She made sure I was happy. The pedicure and gel extensions took an hour to complete and the price was good as well. I will definitely be returning. Very happy customer ????
I feel as though I was taken advantage of because I told Vivian that I was from California when she asked.
She charged me double the menu price. At the end of my service, I asked to see the menu, and it wasn’t what she told me. She said “you’d pay more in California.” I can’t believe how she tried to justify what she originally told me. On top of that, I arrived there at 1:10 and didn’t leave until after 3 for the job shown in the pictures. I will not return.
Vivian is the best! I didn’t have an appointment but she was still able to squeeze me in within the hour and I love my nails ????????????
