Went in there yesterday afternoon (5/17/22)
I think its just the one lady & the two gentlemen that work there. I forget to get her name, but she did a good job. Cleaned my feet, very well. My hands are very cute & neat as well. Atmosphere is quite. Gel for my feet & acrylic with gel polish both came out to 85 in total.
Rude people! Nails are not done correctly so they obviously do not take pride in their work. The people kept pushing a trash can next to me despite me sitting in a area where guest and clients should sit. They didn’t do my nails to my satisfaction at all and when brought to their attention they asked for 15 more to fix it. I’m very dissatisfied with the work and service.
Didn’t even get to get my pedicure I’ve waited for an entire two hours. They are low staffed and has been doing the same ladies pedicures since I’ve got here. The workers are also very rude.
This is my second time here and the wait is outrageous and was not satisfied with my nails. Also have attitude. I won’t give them another chance.
They are extremely rude. I told them what I wanted and after they are done painting (which was horribly done) they tell me they don't do nail art. Then the guy tells me.i got to get up and go ask another tech if they can do it. Then got up and went on to the next customer and left me unfinished. I had to loudly ask him to come back and finish me hands so I could leave.
I used to go here for YEARS but service has declined majorly. Wait times were horrible but I would ignore that since they were so good but they started getting rude and not having customer service skills. I’ve given this place multiple chances and each time I call or go they can never redeem themselves.

I kid you not I’m not even joking. This has happened MULTIPLE times. I’ve even had times when I walked in and everyone stood there just looking at me. No “hello” no “how can I help you?” Nothing! Just that alone made me stop going. Go to the one on colonial/pine hills. Amazing service! My mom has been going there for years and I joined in and love it. They do a good job with waits and just managing everything.
My husband and I have been clients of Bee for about 12 yrs. I love the way she does our nails and feet. I also get my face and under arms waxed. I would recommend Bee's services to anyone.
Td nails 3, by the Ross. Worst customer service. Staff kept telling me half hour half hour, waited over an hr. This is on multiple occasions, they act like they don't know english and ignore customers, but time to pay, they know perfect English. I watched a girl sit there for half hr, only to find out that the eyebrow lady was not even there! This place is a joke. & they definitely don't know how to run a business.
