Great cut but just a tad on the expensive side
Very friendly staff, can get busy at times especially on the weekends but waiting can be avoided by booking an appointment. I have always had good results after a haircut there and I would recommend it. I also had a good experience getting me ears pierced there, it was quick and easy and much more affordable than some alternatives such as Claire's.
Horrible experience. Turned up having booked an appointment for my child who already was a bit scared of getting his hair cut. We were asked to wait outside as Louise was still busy. We stood outside in full view, and when we had been waiting for ages and she sat someone else down in the chair I went in to ask what was going on. Receptionist suddenly had no clue who we were- no apology from the hairdresser who looked at me as though I was the one in the wrong! Asked to wait outside again whilst the receptionist said she’d try to find us someone else. We gave up and decided to go into Poole where we found ‘Ben E Barbers’ which was fantastic!
