The barber was nice, but I did not get the haircut I asked for. went in for a medium fade and left with a high and tight. She also kept bringing up covid and her mask requirement when I was already wearing a mask.

So I'm sitting outside the barber shop and this is the 2nd time I've set aside time to come to this barbershop with my 3 kids (which is like herding cats) and the barber is a no show with no explanation. I set up these appts 6 weeks ago and then confirmed a week prior and yet here I am with my kids not sitting in a car for over an hour. When you can catch the guy, he does an awesome job, but I don't have the free time to be running around trying to connect with him, especially when I take the time to make an appt and he has my phone number to let me know something came up. Super disappointed.

Update I never got a text message requesting a reschedule or I would've happily done so. My suggestion would be, if you don't get a response, pick up the phone and call. There was also no note on the door indicating the need for a schedule change. Lots of people were turned away this day.

The barber Sue took care of my 77 year old (special needs) uncle’s #1 level buzz cut and exceeded our expectations. He got his eyebrows, ears and neck trimmed as well. She followed my lead well on how to help my Uncle, and provided a little bottle of water on our way out that truly tickled him. He liked the country music playing and the cowboy vibe of the place as well. Great value for the services provided. Thank you Sue!

Great barber shop! Sue is welcoming and friendly. She does an excellent job and makes sure her customers are pleased with their haircut before they leave the chair. Lots of customers return time and again for haircuts but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a cut even during Covid -19.

Susan was AWESOME.... she gave a me a great cut and adjust a couple of my cowlick issues I have all while having a nice conversation. Very clean an well kept shop. Thank you Susan I'll definitely recommend to friends an family. See you next time

I've recently started coming here and so far I've gotten the best cuts I've had in years. Charles does an excellent job and has a knack for detail. Friendly service, nice conversation, and affordable prices. This place has quickly become my favorite spot for a cut.

This is without a doubt the best barber shop in Oak Harbor! no matter what style of hair you have they have a plan for you. Ive never been so comfortable getting my haircut before and the hours are very flexible and walk ins are welcome!
