Best TL Reviews
I love my nail Tech Nina. I come from California and have long natural nails. So I’m very particular. She gets me right every single time. She’s always willing to squeeze you in for a broke nail, color, change or even an ear to just listen. Regular customer since 2018. She’s does my daughter nails as well.
Nina did my nails 3 weeks ago and they looked perfect so I took a picture so I could show the next nail tech how I want them to look,, she did half of what I wanted,, my nails look a week old #5 took polish off with that brush. From now on Nina will be the only one doing my nails.
Don't waste your time there. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went there to get my nails refill and while one lady was doing it there was another customer that came in they send me to this other lady saying she can't do what the new customer wanted. The new lady just put the nail polish on my nail without filling. I told her I didn't like it. She took the nail polish off, went to another customer and just leave me in the chair. After 25 mins she came back and told me to got to Walmart to get my nails done. The picture is how she put the nail polish.
I avoided this salon because of the reviews but this place is awesome! The people are friendly and the nails are beautiful. I’ve been twice now and I will continue to go back! Thanks tip top!
Been here 4 times. Went to chair #5 because Katie in chair 2 was sick. When I say think twice it's because she is not only rude, she intentionally cut my nails were they were bleeding and could no longer get my nails done. When sitting down she gave me attitude and didn't care that she was hurting my nails. Look at my pictures if you think I'm lying. Mind you I waited for 2 hours just to leave without getting anything done. Katie gets 5 stars. The owner nina was in and only said I'm so sorry. "Sorry" does nothing to fix my nails or the time I wasted. I'm beyond pist. Avoid chair #5, worst tech there.
My tech was really nice. Sometimes she rush but never had any problems the her booth is #5 always do my nails I like her.
This is the worst nail salon I have experienced in my life. While getting a pedicure the lady doing the pedicure told me to not let anyone there put dip on my nails as they don't know how to do it. I went for a dip after much convincing and the lady tried to refill my current dip and I told her no I usually get a fresh dip. She then proceeded to remove the dip with acetone dip. During the dip all the workers kept coming over to see the progress and even laughed because she took forever and dipped each nail about 5 times each then had to file it all the way down. By the time I was done I paid and left then had to come right back an hour later because the dip coating was coming off one nail. By the third day pretty much all the dip was peeling off and I called and a guy named Richard told me to come back on Sunday so he could redo it and even knew who I was by describing my color dip. I arrive to get my dip redone by Richard and he explains to her and she kept telling me that I need to pay Richard to do my nails or she could try and redo it. The worst customer service ever. Please beware that this tip top is not like the original tip top as there are people who don't know how to do nails here.
