Quick Facts About TL Nails
TL Nails is a nail salon that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have had negative experiences and expressed various concerns about the salon. By analyzing the comments provided, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses of TL Nails.
One strength of TL Nails is their honesty. In the first comment, the customer appreciated the nail technician's honesty about their skill level. This indicates that TL Nails values transparency with their customers. Additionally, the salon has been described as doing good work in other comments, highlighting their ability to provide quality nail services.
Another strength of TL Nails is their ability to accommodate customers quickly. Two comments mention that they were able to get immediate service without having to wait. This shows that TL Nails understands the importance of convenience and efficiency for their customers.
However, there are several weaknesses that have been pointed out by customers. One recurring issue is the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff. Multiple comments mention rude behavior, including laughing off a customer's injury, being rude and mean to clients, and yelling at customers. This indicates a significant flaw in customer service and communication skills, potentially tarnishing the reputation and overall experience at TL Nails.
Furthermore, the salon seems to struggle with meeting customer expectations. A common complaint is that requested services were not fulfilled or poorly executed. In one case, a customer asked for a specific pedicure but did not receive the promised callous removal, scrub, hot towel, or massage. Another customer requested specific nail designs and colors but was rudely denied and given a different color. This suggests that TL Nails may not prioritize customer satisfaction or attention to detail.
Several comments mention rushed services, painful experiences, and lack of proper care during treatments. Some customers complained about having their skin cut or experiencing discomfort while their nails were being done. These incidents reflect a lack of expertise and attention to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for customers.
Additionally, TL Nails has been criticized for their inability to handle younger customers. One comment mentions that a staff member made a young girl cry and treated them rudely. This indicates a lack of empathy and understanding towards children, which can be concerning for parents or guardians who bring their children to the salon.
TL Nails also faces limitations in terms of services and payment options. One comment mentions that they do not offer appointments, which can be inconvenient for customers who prefer to plan ahead. Additionally, TL Nails only accepts cash, which may pose a barrier to customers who prefer to pay with other forms of payment.
In conclusion, TL Nails has both strengths and weaknesses. They are honest, able to accommodate customers quickly, and have the potential to deliver good quality work. However, their weaknesses include unprofessional behavior, failure to meet customer expectations, rushed and painful services, and difficulty in handling younger customers. These issues may impact the overall customer experience and may need to be addressed in order to improve the reputation and satisfaction of TL Nails.
Best TL Reviews
I came into get a full set, I think I got a learner due to the fact she couldn’t do simply swirls. I like how she was honest, but my apex is in the middle of my nails and they look like literal cat claws. I usually don’t go to salons but my tech was out of town, I knew TL was pretty good but my nails look horrible!!! (I painted the green black)
Came in for a pedicure, was happy when they were able to get me right in, I got the older gentleman. I asked for the $65 pedicure (the most expensive one). Which include callous removal, scrub, hot towel, and massage. I pointed out a crack on my heel that needed to be shaved down 3 times, and he didn't even attempt to touch it. The "scrub" was cooling gel and he slathered it on and got up and walked away. A few minutes later he's back with hot towels, no massage, no scrub. He rinses my legs and starts digging into my toenail, making me bleed. He just sprays rubbing alcohol on it and continues digging in the same spot. I ended up with wonky, uneven French tips and a still very cracked heel, the whole reason for the pedi. Way overpriced for their work. I won't be back.
I totally appreciate your honesty!!. . Went to get my nails and toes done, was the worse experience ever. The service was horrible! She cut my finger while doing the manicure. She laughed it off and said "it doesn't hurt it's okay. Well, it did hurt was bleeding! She was rude and mean. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
They do good work however the way they talk to customers is far from professional! They take for granted that this town has blessed them with constant business due to the lack competition and they run with it. They are now getting to a point they are telling customers (rudely) to go to Walmart if they want designs or specific work done as they will not do it! I have witnessed people ask for a specific color and be told no or that won’t look good on them and then watch them basically tell them the color they are gonna get…. The prices that we (customers) pay should be honored by professional service at the least!
Service was rushed. My feet were barely soaking in the chair and right away started clipping my toe nails, it was so painful and he started drilling them and he cut my skin, and dug his nails into my skin and ripping my cuticles. I told him it hurt and he kept going. I'm sorry I will not go back. When you go get your toes done is supposed to be relaxing, for me it was unpleasant, uncomfortable and painful. After the service my toes were in so much pain but I didn't want to complain. My sis was getting hers done by someone else she didn't have any issues. I was waiting for her after I was done, cause hers was not rushed. I normally I don't leave reviews but this one was really bad experience.
Completely unhappy. I took my 93 year old mom in to have a manicure. The guy was so rude. In fact he even told me not to ever bring her back. He said it was because she has arthritis. It shouldn’t matter how old you are or if you have arthritis. You won’t ever see me or some of my other family members in your shop again. Poor, poor service.
I've yet to have a bad time here, staff is nice and the pedis are so good. Only down fall is you are not able to make any appointments and they only take cash.
They used to be awesome but for the third time they have been rude and made my granddaughter sad. Little girls like their nails painted to.. sorry to muchto ask. So rude.. made my granddaughter cry today.. she's only 3. They told us an hour and a half wait. So we put our name on the list, went next door and came back. We were ignored for 2 hours, and people who just walked in were being taken right away. So when I asked how long our wait would be at this point, one lady yelled at me to just go to Walmart. We have been coming here regular.. my granddaughter has always been well behaved, never even a loud noise from her but you make her cry?? Unprofessional and unacceptable. I'll pay way more for kindness... and it's my personal mission to let anyone who will listen how you treat children.
