Went in to get my nails and a pedicure done I was highly disappointed. They don’t listen to what you want and didn’t even put my feet in the water I had to ask. I’ve been getting my nails and feet done since a teen I’ve never had to ask for water for my pedicure. I wanted to enjoy my pedicure they wouldn’t let me turn the massage on in the chair.. then they put the wrong color on my feet. Im usual not a complainer so I just told them to stop and I would get the color somewhere else because I was tired of trying to speak up. At the end they still charged me full price and threw the change in my hand. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

They were friendly and timely! I had never been here before and I asked for ombre pink and grey and wow did she deliver!! Amazing job!

I got exactly what I asked for. I showed Kemmy a picture on Pinterest and she did an AMAZING job. The first picture is what I wanted. The others are my hands.

Went there for a girls day with my 14 year old. I needed a new set of nails for the both of us. My daughter was in the booth in front of me. I told my nail tech that I wanted short French with a coffin shape. All was well until the completion of both nails and eyebrow wax. My daughter sat down first but I finished with my full set and eyebrow wax before she did. I waited for her completion so that I could pay for both. My daughter comes up with these hideously long misshapen nails. My daughter (14) advised that she told the tech to cut the nails down more several times but the tech kept going acting as if she did not understand. Some nails were arched some were straight some were wide. Polish was all over her fingers on the other hand and the tech cut her cuticle and just completely gave up on filing around the rest of the other fingers cuticles. The funny thing is is that the tech could not understand when my daughter asked for the cut down but was the first one at the register for pricing asking for $60.00 for the long Acrylic nails that she did not ask for. I had to go home and try to reshape and cut down her nails so that they would look better. I asked for coffin shape and my nails are still square but I tipped the tech because I’m in customer service business so I try to look out but honestly this was the first and last time they will get $125.00 out of me. I left there feeling cheated because the service does not match the pricing.

I am very picky and meticulous when it comes to nail salons. I will start by saying that this place is pretty spacious. Very clean with friendly people. For the pedicures, they use new tools for every client. I got a pedicure and then an acrylic full set. The person working on my feet took her time and the person who worked on my nails made sure that both hands matched every step of the way and she didn't rush her work either. I felt as though they respected my time being there and the results were well worth it. Looks like you have a new loyal customer. Go ahead and create a little fan base for your loyals because as long as y'all keep doing good work like this. I'm going to keep coming. I like #TrendSetters haha. Overall, as you can see, I am impressed.

Fantastic manicure and pedicure! Clean, professional, on time and friendly. This is definitely my new nail salon. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I normally love their service and work but the past few times I have gone there they have rushed to do my nails and seem irritated when I ask them to correct them. I was so aggravated the last time because they decided to do my nails and feet at the same time and was rude when I began asking for it to be fixed. Then they attempted several times to put the uv lamp in my lap to cure my nails and would not stop until I picked it up myself and refused to let her do it again. I spoke to management about and she attempted to fix it and then tried to charge me to do so. I will never return here again.

Very professional & sweet & did an amazing job on my pedicure! Will definitely be back whenever I am in Americus
