Quick Facts About USA Nails

USA Nails Place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. It is important to note that the comments represent the opinions and experiences of individual customers, and their experiences may not be representative of every customer's experience at the salon. However, the comments do provide insight into the strengths and weaknesses that have been highlighted.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentions that they were impressed with the nail art and quality of shaping they received during their first visit. This suggests that USA Nails Place has skilled nail technicians who can provide excellent nail art and shaping services. Additionally, another customer mentions that the environment is relaxed, clean, and down-to-earth, which creates a positive atmosphere for customers to enjoy their services.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses that have been identified through customer comments. One significant weakness is the issue of pricing. Multiple customers mentioned that the prices at USA Nails Place are higher compared to their regular nail salons. Furthermore, some customers were charged extra fees for having long nails or for gel polish removal, which they found excessive. These pricing concerns may discourage customers from returning.
Another weakness that multiple customers identified is the rude behavior of certain employees. Customers reported encounters with rude or aggressive employees who were mean, yelled at them, made fun of them, or asked personal questions that made them feel uncomfortable. Employees with such behavior can create a negative experience for customers and deter them from returning to the salon.
Additionally, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the overall quality of services they received. Complaints included poor job on manicures and pedicures, polish left on cuticles and skin, rushed services, clumpy and uneven nails, and a lack of massage during pedicures. These comments highlight potential inconsistencies in the quality of services provided by the nail technicians at USA Nails Place.
Furthermore, customers mentioned that good employees kept leaving the salon, which suggests a high turnover rate. This could impact the overall consistency and quality of services provided, as well as the loyalty of customers who prefer to have a consistent experience with the same technicians.
In summary, based on the comments provided, the strengths of USA Nails Place include skilled nail art and shaping, as well as a relaxed and clean environment. However, the weaknesses include higher prices compared to other salons, rude behavior from certain employees, inconsistencies in service quality, and a high turnover rate of employees. These weaknesses may negatively impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is important for USA Nails Place to address these weaknesses in order to improve the overall customer experience and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.

Best TL Reviews

Decided to try them out since where I normally go was closed.
They got me in right away and the nail tech was a nice guy. BUT not only are they $10 more than my regular place for a fill, he charged me $5 extra for having long nails. Seriously? I also got glitter polish on 4 nails and they have empty spots. Either use a solid as a base or do extra coats. He also didn't buff the edges/corners so they are sharp. Will not be back.
i was very impressed with my first time there! it was some of the best nail art and quality of shaping i’ve ever gotten. plus a very relaxed, clean, and down to earth environment, definitely coming back!
I was a loyal customer until all the good employees kept leaving. The men that do pedicures now are very rough and actually mean. They do a lousy job on manicures and god forbid you complain. Over priced. Spending my hard earned money elsewhere.
I felt that the people here were very rude. I came in here with one of my friends who had gel polish on her toe nails and she was given 2 different prices between the guy at the door and the woman that was going to do her nails. They charge $7 to have gel polish removed She decided that she didn’t want to pay that in addition to the 23 for the pedicure so she ended up just getting her polish removed for $7 (super pricy!) When she decided against getting a pedicure it was clear they were talking about her in a negative way. I decided I still wanted to get the pedicure though. The technician doing my nails was nice enough, but the pedicure wasn’t very good. He got polish on my cuticles and skin.
The main guy at this location that seemed to be managing the nail salon was so rude that I just paid and left.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. For $23 there are better places to spend your money for a much better pedicure.
Most rushed pedicure I ever had. Place was empty. The man who did my pedicure rushed through it and seemed annoyed. Whole staff seems annoyed by customers. Not relaxing at all. Not worth the price since there was basically no massage involved at all.
I went to this place only once and I didn't like it, 1. my acrylic nails were very poorly done, 2. since I entered they didn't like that I didn't speak English, 3. the Korean woman who attended me only made fun of me I felt very bad, 4. the work is not clean, seeing that the nail is left with bubbles and he does not correct it. Bad experience and I don't recommend it.
I went there a while back and decided to go back hoping they got better then my last visit, the lady was aggressive and hurt my fingers many times and yelled at me to put my hand back in the light even though jt was burning my finger. she forced me to get something I didn't ask for and when I said no she did it anyway. she told me she couldn't even do what I asked and said it would be different . my nails are clumpy and uneven and not what I wanted. I do not recommend going here. she was very rude.
i’ve been here before and wanted to come again because i thought they would’ve changed the lady i was with dug into my foot with her nail and the tool she was using and asking personal questions about my family. and was also asking me how old i was and was calling me a “big girl”. absolutely not. i felt so uncomfortable coming into a place like this. another girl that was working on my sister asked my grandma where we were from. this is not your business at all.
