I was ten minutes late but it didn’t matter to them. I got there and it was empty which worried me but it was AMAZING. the lady was very polite and quick. the nails look exactly how I wanted and I recommend going here if you need acrylics!! I got coffin shaped french tips. so happy with the service and the nails!! she even lotioned my hands and put nail oil on after it!’ they had BGT playing on the TV which was so nice and i loved my experience here. overall my nails are going to look amazing for homecoming tonight and after!! the best nail place ever!!
I've had an excellent experience every single time I visit. Owners are a husband/wife duo, and mentioned they're extremely hygienic since they obviously don't want to risk themselves or their customers. It certainly shows, success both before and post pandemic, everything has been spotless and very organized. They have a big selection of colors and great pricing. Every mani from them has lasted me at least 2 weeks, and only because my nails grow fast. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to VIP. I didn’t have an appointment, but Tony was willing to take me as a walk in, although they normally do not accept walk in’s. The shop is incredibly clean and all the materials used were brand new, including the gel polish! Tony made positive conversation with me during my time in his chair. There was absolutely zero pain and the hand massage was a nice treat. He ensures you are satisfied with the length and shape before he paints your nails. Tony was thorough and took pride in his work. I will definitely return to VIP.
I’ve tried several nail salons in Winchester but VIP Nails is the only place I go now. The whole crew in there is friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit. Lisa is my girl!! She does such a wonderful job every time and doesn’t rush. She listens to what you want and is skilled enough to make it happen. I highly recommend you go see her and tip her well! I have paid more money elsewhere for a terrible manicure and had to go to Lisa to get them fixed. Save yourself the hassle and the money and just go straight to VIP Nails, you won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing nail salon! I just moved to Winchester and I have been looking for a new nail tech. Extremely happy with my experience. Tony is a perfectionist, and very kind.
Please keep in mind, you need an appointment there! Not an issue for me... I just didn't know that till I did a walkin. Totally worth planning ahead for this place! ????
I'm my opinion the owner was to pushy in making me have services I did not want to have and to make matters worst I got acrylics (which in other places have lasted me over a week). It has not even been a full week and one of the acrylics already broke. I basically paid almost $100 plus tip to have a nail brake in such a little time period. The crazy part is that I got gel because he stated it would last longer and would make the acrylic stronger. He also stated that if I mess it up and would have to come back to fix the regular polish he would've charged me $15 to repaint that nail. It was definitely not worth it because basic polish has lasted me way longer, the worst part is that I got my nails done on a Wednesday and by Sunday one had broken. When he was done he said a story about a previous customer who had gone in a tipped him more money vs getting the gel that she wanted; in other words he said this story so I would pay him more tip because he had pushed for me to get gel on top of the acrylics (so it's like insinuating that if I had money to get gel on top I could tip better-its like he saw me made of money or something).He also literally had said that some people rather pay more for their services than tip so it's not something I just assumed by one story he flat out said it. Lastly while I was getting my hands done he kept saying that he does a good job despite me not being from there unlike other shops, which he did take his time but that's not something a customer wants to hear. I would have appreciated that he let his work show for itself vs saying this repeatedly throughout the manicure. Now I have to buy the gel and go somewhere in my town to get it fixed because it looks really terrible to have a missing nail & so short after getting them done.
